good location close to the center of Stockholm. we used the car but we need only 15min to reach the center. the flat was clean and all essentials need like soap, salt, coffee, hairdryer...

Apartamneto agradable y centrico en un barrio tranquilo y muy proximo a buenos supermerados y restaurantes

Es war alles völlig in Ordnung. Kleinen Abzug gibt es, weil die Luft im fensterlosen Zimmer wirklich schlecht war und immer mit geöffneter Tür geschlafen werden musste. Die Magnete der Küchenschranktüren führen ein Eigenleben und leider war das Bad sehr feucht, dadurch muffig und etwas schimmelig. Da es keine abgetrennte Duschwanne gibt wird auch viel des umliegenden Badezimmerbodens nass, sodass man Badelatschen einpacken sollte, um nicht immer feuchte Socken zu bekommen. Die Lage ist super, Anbindung an die Öffentlichen auch und direkt gegenüber ist ein Supermarkt. Auch kann man, wenn man den Topper einer der Matratzen Umkehr auf die Gästecouch, auf dieser sehr gut schlafen.

Good points are :- greatly located in a calm area and scenery- not so expensive for Sthlm- the appartment is clean and well furnitured.Beware of the floor edges, you can easily fracture a toe when entering the bathroom, but it is a swedish standard.

Ein schönes, kleines Apartment in absolut ruhiger Lage. Die U-Bahnstation und ein kleiner Supermarkt sind in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr klein, das Bett eigentlich nur für eine Person geeignet. Die ausklappbare Matratze der Couch im Wohnraum ist als zweites Bett geeignet, die Couch selber etwas durchgesessen. Wir konnten auf dem Balkon frühstücken und haben uns in der Wohnung wohlgefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Fredrik hat bestens funktioniert.

Wir haben die Wohnung von Andreas für drei Nächte gebucht, um Stockholm zu besichtigen. Die U-Bahnstation liegt nahe der Wohnung und die U-Bahn fährt bis ins Zentrum. So konnten wir zweimal um 09:15 schon in der Altstadt sein, bevor die Kreuzfahftschiffe ankommen. Der Platz in den Gassen und die Ruhe waren einmalig.Von der Wohnung von Andreas aus sieht man wunderbar auf's Wasser. Vom Balkon aus sieht und hört man in die andere Richtung leider eine Autobahn. Für uns, die wir auf dem Land wohnen, waren die Geräusche gewöhnungsbedürftig, dafür gefielen uns die nahe am Balkon vorbeifliegende Möven sehr.Die Wohnung von Andreas ist hell eingerichtet. An den Wänden hängen ansprechende Bilder und die hohen Räume haben uns gefallen.Die Küche ist klein, aber hell und eignet sich zum Kochen eigener Mahlzeiten.Wir danken Andreas für das Vertrauen.

It was lovely, lots of green areas, close to the city. The apartment was very simple, but it was good for a holiday.

Le logement était tout à fait semblable aux photos et très chaleureux. - Les équipements étaient suffisants même si ça aurait été bien qu’on nous mette quelques condiments à disposition (huile d’olive, sel, poivre…). - Nous sentions que l’ensemble de logements était un ancien hôpital/ehpad mais ce n’était pas trop dérangeant. - Il y avait quelques travaux qu’on entendait le matin, et on entendait pas mal les gens qui passaient dans le couloir mais avec des boules quies on n’entendait plus rien. - Les rideaux ne cachaient pas très bien la lumière… Sinon à part ça nous avons passé un super séjour. Le quartier est vraiment sympathique : quais à proximité, parc, supermarché… Tout était très bien desservi, c’était top pour visiter. Nous recommandons !

We recommend this accomodation. Andreas was very proactive in communication and nice 😊 If you caught the ferry, it's 10-15 minutes to old town, or you can use a bus, which is 5 minutes walk from accomodation .Be aware that some pictures taken from outside are not in immediate vicenity of the flat . You need to walk 5-10 minutes. On controry what is in immediate vicenity is main highway. The other thing of this accomodation is that you sign the agreement with provide scan of your ID, we didn't have this experience before.Valeria and Jan

Bra boende. Va som beskriver

Fin leilighet beliggende i underetasjen i bygget som var helt perfekt på varme sommerdager. Godt utstyrt leilighet med alt man kan be om på kjøkkenet. Kort å gå til sentrum av Åre og et herlig bakeri bare rett ved leiligheten. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Alles war sehr Professionell, die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Mit der Bahn erreicht man die U-Bahn in wenigen Minuten und von dort sehr regelmäßig die Innenstadt.

Jättenöjd med lägenheten. Fin och ren, trevligt inrett och den lilla kokvrån var mycket bättre utrustad än förväntat. Uthyrningsfirman skickar all information man behöver i rätt tid. Mycket bra läge. Gillar man att jogga så har man både LillJanskogen och Gärdet precis utanför, samtidigt som man är mitt i stan ett par minuter åt andra hållet. Kan verkligen rekommendera denna.

We had a lovely stay at Olaf's apartment. It is in a quiet, centrally located spot in Gamal Stan and easy walking to restaurants, grocery store, shops, the sites and waterfront. Good communication regarding how to get to the apartment from the central train station, working the appliances and also check-out instructions. In addition, we had access to NetFlix in the evenings which was a fun chill-down after a full day of sight-seeing. We did let Olaf know the laundry from the previous renter was in the front entry way our entire stay. Otherwise, a nice enjoyable stay in a unique place for our visit to Gamal Stan and Sweden.

Nice place to stay

Íbúðin snyrtileg og í samræmi við lýsinguna á henni. Fallegt útsýni og rólegt og öruggt hverfi. Falleg útivistarsvæði í nágrenninu og mjög auðvelt að taka opinberar samgöngur, stutt í neðanjarðarlest sem flytur þig beint í miðbæinn.
