Andreas is a very welcoming host, accommodating and quick to respond.The apartment is small, but has everything, and the giant window with an amazing view just makes you kinda want to stay inside for a bit and enjoy the beautiful sights laying on the bed. Everything was clean and new. Overall my husband and I really liked this apartment, thought for him it seemed smaller than he would prefer, but I personally will miss staying there.And again, the view is to die for.

We spend 6 nights at Andrea's apartment. The location is perfect to visit the city by boat (n.80 pier is very close). Apartment new, clean and perfect for two adults with kids. Great view of the sea. The neighbourhood does not offer much in terms of shops, bars or restaurants.

The apartment matches the description and offers the basic items. The flat is well located near a bus stop that can bring you to central Stockholm in 20min. Olof was prompt to reply and helpful. Be minded that the basic items for cooking are not provided and that there is no AC or fan which could be helpful during summer days.

Jättebra! Vi ställde ut på mässan i Älvsjö och bodde här bara 10 min promenad från mässan. Allt var super. Det enda jag hade önskat var att den skulle funnits en TV. Alltid skönt att kunna koppla av efter en lång dag med lite TV tittande. Annars var allt perfekt!

Appartamento piccolo ma ben tenuto nel quartiere più cool di Stoccolma con tutto, ma proprio tutto a portata di mano. Si accede alla palazzina e all'appartamento tramite app sul telefono, ma tutto viene spiegato alla perfezione. Unica nota, consiglierei : o di vendere l'appartamento per sole 2 persone oppure di mettere un vero divano letto perché quello esistente non vale un letto, nemmeno singolo. Se poi il piede del divano lo trovi già rotto e devi arrangiarti con una pila di libri per far dormire tua figlia, è ancora più spiacevole. Nonostante avessi segnalato subito la cosa, non abbiamo avuto il divano letto riparato durante il soggiorno, però Olof ci ha concesso un'ora di check out dopo le 11 dell'ultimo giorno.

Mit der Tunnelbana war ich schnell dort, wo ich hinwollte, z. B. nach Stockholm Zentrum.Bagarmossen verfügt auf dem Weg zur Station über einige kleine Geschäfte, was sehr praktisch ist.Auch das Nackareservat ist nah bei .

Comfortable, spacious apartment.

Die Wohnung war genau wie auf den Bildern und in der Beschreibung beschrieben. Die Lage ist super angenehm, da direkt 2min fußläufig die Fähre in die Stadt fährt (ca. 10min Fahrt). Ebenso hat man die Möglichkeit von dort aus alles mit dem Bus gut zu erreichen. Einzig allein die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein und die Tür der Dusche könnte eine Dichtung gebrauchen, damit das Bad nach dem Duschen nicht nass ist. Ansonsten war alles perfekt!

Premetto che la corrispondenza con l'host è stata eccellente, rispondeva velocemente ad ogni mia richiesta ed in modo soddisfacente, ciò ha reso il nostro soggiorno molto più piacevole. L'appartamento si trova al 5° piano ma con ascensore, molto tranquillo e silenzioso, è idoneo per 3 persone perché la camera matrimoniale è troppo, ma veramente troppo piccola. C'è un letto matrimoniale attaccato su quasi 3 lati al muro, si scende da un solo lato , perché manca la porta e c'è una tenda che la divide dalla cucina. Inoltre il bagno è un po' piccolo e bisogna stare attenti alla doccia perché non essendoci una tenda per evitare la fuoriuscita dell'acqua, potrebbe bagnare la carta igienica o eventuali indumenti. Nel complesso se non si hanno eccessive pretese, e serve solo per dormire, vista la tranquillità della zona si può fare. A pochi passi ci sono vari supermercati e pizzerie
