Pros are the location, which is an easy ferry ride to the center. Our kids were comfortable sharing a pullout couch, and we liked cooking for them.Cons are a little loud 1-2am with people coming home, and especially the 10am checkout (no flexibility but that was specified at least in the listing). It is a problem in Stockholm since only the train station and a few other storage sites will hold your suitcase, as we learned, if you leave town later in the day.

Perfect place to visit Stockholm. Cozy apartment with everything you need.

Logement pratique et facile d’accès. Hôte très réactif et précis dans les indications. Seul bémol, la quantité d’eau chaude. Mais en faisant un petit effort, on s’en sort très bien !

The apartment is prettier in person!The bedroom is really big and we find it perfectly clean.Elias was kind and fast to answer.The position is perfect because is close to Södermalm nightlife but the apartment is in a quite street, we never had problems to sleep.The only flaw is that the bathroom it's really small but it wasn't that important to us.

Very stylish flat in a good location

Excellent stay at Elias' place, we enjoyed the apartment, very well situated and totally answering our needs. Elias is very reactive when asked questions and makes everything for the stay to go smoothly. I recommend!

Very nice and peaceful area/stay. Most cafes, bars and places to eat are in walkable distance. A few issues with house flies on arrival and throughout the stay. Heating for the appartment could be better, as it was pretty cold weather. Overall, a great stay and would recommend for a week's stay (or less).

Bekväm och prisvärd lägenhet på lugnt läge.Positive: Att det var en rymlig lägenhet. Att alla lås var kodlås, in till entrén, i hissen och till lägenheten. Att lägenheten var rymlig, hade eget kök och stort badrum och balkong. Att det var bekväma sängar o bäddsoffa.Negative: Att det var en opersonlig entré och långa kala korridorer.

Es war ein super Aufenthalt für einen beruflichen Messebesuch. Man kam zu Fuß zur Messehalle laufen. Alles sauber und wunderbar beschrieben.

A very nice apartment in a residential area. Easy to walk to train station (10 minutes) and to major conference centre. Location is very quiet and there was little road traffic. Great nights sleep and had everything I needed for my trip. The apartment is secure with code locked doors and host clearly explained how to access the building.

I needed somewhere to crash for a couple days and this apartment was very nice and affordable. Living room and bathroom was nice and spacious and the kitchen was nice too, even had a balcony. Only complaint I would have is that the bed didn't look like the picture. It didn't have a bedspread, and it was also quite a bit lower and the mattress was also thinner than I expected, the bedspread on the photos online almost made the bed look like a queensize. The couch is very comfortable tho! Also a TV would have been a nice potential add-on in the future.

Super easy and great location

My Son and I had the most wonderful stay here, the location was perfect in every way for us. We loved watching the bridge open up to let boats through. The bed was comfy, the decor stylish and cosy and the room was lovely and warm. Elias was a fantastic, communicative host. We’ll definitely be back to stayMany thanks for having us

Erg goede accommodatie voor één persoon. Brandschoon, goed toegeruste keuken, fijn bed, ruim, rustig, prettig licht. Voor twee personen is het bed misschien wat aan de krappe kant.
