Very nice property with a good location!

Superb apartment in an optimal location right in the middle of the village. It offers every convenience you could imagine and truly leaves nothing to be desired, with the added bonus of a garage in the basement. All in all, we enjoyed an excellent weekend in a fantastic property.A couple of minor observations:- Some of the responses from the host via Airbnb messages were clearly generated by a chatbot. This was a bit frustrating since one of the main fuses in the apartment failed and we needed assistance; a generic bot response just doesn't cut it in such a situation.- There was an extra charge for checking out a few hours later than planned, despite this already being a rather expensive accommodation. This felt somewhat unfair as there was no booking on our departure day.Kind regards,Johan

The location is really great! Everything is within walking distance if you enjoy exploring the city on foot. Even a very late check-in was possible. Olof was extremely helpful when I had issues with the door code and assisted me immediately. Thank you :)

Everything went super smoothly indeed!

Worth the stay!! Arguably the best location possible, safe and lots to do in the surroundings. Super soft bed, linens that smelled fresh. My favorite part was the piano that they had available to play. Elias is a very responsive host!!Note: not wheel-chair accessible and difficult to navigate to the apartment if you have mobility problems.

I can't recommend this place highly enough. It exceeded all expectations, including the host's management & communication.The location is ideal for exploring all of Stockholm's main attractions. Key transport hubs and supermarkets are just a few blocks away (less than 10 minutes).A very quiet location, too, despite its central location.We look forward to returning soon. In the meantime, we thank William and his team for making this a perfect stay.

Great stay! Check-in and using the app to unlock doors was easier than expected. The apartment looked just as it did in photos. A little noisy on Saturday night but not too crazy given that it was a weekend night. Felt like a safe neighborhood and enjoyed walking around seeing the little shops. We didn’t have any issues so there was never a need to reach out to William and co, but they were quick to respond with the key for check-in!

Excellent accommodation at Tott. Just as described, great location with ski in ski out. Easy communication with Pontus!

This apartment is an ideal accommodation for a short staying in Stockholm. It is located inside of a large building encompassing multiple units, which explains the need for using more than one access code (efficiently provided by the host before our arrival). We had a couple of inconveniences, but the host was very helpful and proactive and made sure to solve the issue as soon as possible. The location of the apartment is very convenient, allowing to reach any of the attractive neighbourhoods either by walking or through public transport; there is a supermarket straight across the street and a small park nearby. Unfortunately they were doing some reparations inside of the building, so for a couple of days we could hear some noises in the morning - but of course this doesn't depend on the host. The price is very adequate for an average accommodation in the area where it is situated. Overall we had a great experience, we would recommend this place for visiting the city.

The apartment is as described – comfortable and modern. The area is quiet and not too far from the center. The only point to note is that if you need to take the bus, the walk to the center becomes a bit longer. However, the boat to Östermalm is very convenient and practically right outside the door.
