Elias's accommodation is exactly as described – small yet very functional, making it ideal for a stay focused on exploring the city throughout the day. The kitchen worked perfectly. A nice bonus was the television, which allows you to log into your Netflix account for some truly enjoyable evenings. There were a few minor drawbacks that did not detract from an overall pleasant experience: a bit of direct view from the building across the street, the mattress tends to shift slightly when moving, the bathroom layout makes it a bit challenging to navigate, and the apartment can feel quite cool. Nonetheless, the property is extremely well located, comfortable, and the living area is spacious – all of which contributed to a very enjoyable stay! Thank you very much.

We stayed here with 2 kids aged 7 and 10 and really enjoyed our time. The kids loved the PlayStation and the art room downstairs. We loved the uniqueness of the apartment and the location was great. As mentioned in other reviews, the shower is a bit tedious but nothing that ruined the stay. I would be cautious staying here with small children or elderly as there are a lot of stairs inside the apartment. The bedrooms are at opposite ends of the apartment and a baby monitor signal would not reach through the solid stone walls - not an issue for us, but mentioning here in case this is useful to anyone else looking to stay with smaller children. Overall we loved it and would stay again.

We stayed in the apartment for a week and it was nice experience. Apartment is really cozy, warm, kitchen is well-equipped and there is also a working area and washing with dryer.Location is a bit far from centre, but you can easily commute by train/metro. The only confusing thing was to find garbage room ( I asked host several times, but he kept repeating the same “garbage is on the southern east corner ”. So, apparently you need a compass to find this room. After wandering around the building for some time we managed to find it ( you need to go outside the building and turn left)Overall, the staying was pleasant and calm. Apartment is clean and well-equipped. Totally recommended 👍

Great apartment right in the centre of Åre. A 2 minute walk from the train station and supermarket and 5 minutes from ski shops and the bergbahn little train up the mountain. Another 5 minutes walk to get to the main ski lifts.The apartment is very comfortable, very well furnished and perfect for a family or small group. Bedrooms are smallish, especially the 2 bunk-bed rooms, but not a big deal. The open plan sitting cum dining room and kitchen is a lovely area to spend time. The balcony has a view over the (frozen) lake. There are 2 full bathrooms and a dedicated parking space. We had a fab long weekend here, skiing for 3 days. Not a very common destination for Irish skiers, but well worth considering - not as high and challenging as the Alps, but no queues at ski lifts, perfectly groomed pistes and a good selection of fantastic runs to keep you entertained for a few days.

Delightful stay and lovely apartment. However, it is only possible to get to and from the location by ski (ski in, ski out) if you are into red pistes.

I had a great stay at Olof’s place! The accommodation was very clean, comfortable, and the perfect size for me. It was also incredibly easy to get to via public transport, with excellent transport links nearby, making it super convenient to explore Stockholm. Olof was a great host, and everything was just as described. I’d definitely stay here again!

We loved staying with Olof! The apartment met our expectations. A supermarket and two bus lines are nearby (one of them is located right outside the building and takes you directly to the city center). Despite some noise disturbances early in the morning (due to construction work), we are very pleased with our stay and will gladly return!

It is a lovely apartment with everything one might need when visiting Stockholm for several days or longer. I stayed with my sister who is 11 and we felt at home. The neighborhood is one of the best you can find if looking for local vibes in Stockholm. Close by there are many little shops, bookshops, coffee places, restaurants, and supermarkets. It is easy to get around on foot (we walked to the city center) but you can also take the pretty close metro. The building itself is an old building, with so much history and the apartment itself is very well equipped - complimentary coffee beans, olive oil, utensils... The coffee machine is simply perfect, so you do not have to rush in the morning, and rather stay in and have a morning sip. We enjoyed it very much and we will be back!

Cozy place. It's a challenge for 14 people to share a shower, but it works.

Nice small place, Quite strict house rules, cold in the winter and check in at 16 out at 10 was little incovinient, but otherwise okay place.
