Sehr schöne Wohnung, wenn man Glück hat mit Ausblick auf das Wasser. Man kann das Zentrum bei einem Spaziergang (50 Minuten) zu Fuß erreichen oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichen. Die Wohnung war schön und größtenteils sauber. Das Einchecken war zunächst nicht ganz einfach, aber die Anweisungen hierfür waren hilfreich. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt, wenn man ein paar Tage in Göteborg verbringen will :)

Heel fijn appartementje op een half uurtje wandelen van het centrum van Goteborg. Woning zit in een complex vol vakantie appartementen, hierdoor is er wel wat weinig sfeer en leefbaarheid. Het appartement zelf heeft precies wat nodig is, maar weinig sfeer. Geen plantjes en van alle bestek precies 3 of 4 stuks.Ruimte is klein en fijn, maar kan (ondanks de airco) erg warm worden. Bij 20 graden en zon buiten werd het voor ons al te warm binnen.

Calm and good connected neighbourhood. A few things were broken (a window pane was cracked, a light switch was loose and stains on the wall). But this did not affect our stay. It was very nicely furnished and clean. The bathroom is quite small but was sufficient. The wifi did not work for half of our stay. We still enjoyed this airbnb and our trip. Olof always communicated well and is a good host.

Perfekt for en langhelg i Gøteborg. Stille nabolag, og med buss eller trikk er du i sentrum på få minutter. Leiligheten er strøken og ser ut som bildene. Anbefales 😊

Für einen Stadtbesuch von Göteborg ideal. Neu gebaute Wohneinheit in entsprechenden aktuellen Zustand.

Pontus som värd var kanon! Svarade snabbt och var väldigt hjälpsam. Boendet i sig är väldigt enkelt, finns väldigt lite och ganska slitna köksredskap/porslin. Men vi fick ny diskborste, disktrasa och torkhandduk vilket var ett stort plus. Hade problem med Wi-Fi men fick snabb hjälp av Pontus! Mjuka och sköna lakan att sova i om än lite små handdukar. Överlag ett trevligt boende med nära till det mesta och en väldigt trevlig utsikt från balkongen!

très propre bien équipé et fonctionnel.une arrivée autonome très pratique.l'emplacement est un peu trop isolé et loin de choses a faire ou de commerces.le point négatif, pas de volets ou rideaux occultants, alors qu'il y a les lumières de la résidence toute la nuiton dort en pleine lumière

Precis som beskrivet, prisvärt och bra läge!

Boendet var rent och fräscht med nära till både buss och spårvagn. Fanns badmöjligheter nära och man kunde även gå över till centrum. Jag är nöjd med vistelsen!

Top huisje! We waren met ons dochtertje op reis die heel blij was met de waanzinnige speeltuin voor de deur. Alleen wat ver van de bus met zware tassen.

Good, peaceful location with excellent connections by metro or a bus. Grocery store is not very close but there is a small kiosk. Apartment is clean and functional. It is obvious that this is not anyone's home but business. You probably will not spend a lot of time inside the apartment.

Great place with nice surroundings. Easy to park the car near the place. No personal touch inside but everything you need was there and it was all clean and functionable. We took the T-train to Stockholm central and had a great time in Stockholm. I can recommend this place. It was beautiful by the water where you also can take a swim.

Fredrik’s location is fabulous! We easily walked to many museums, interesting neighborhoods, and restaurants. It was handy having the Coop next door to grab food. We loved the view from the kitchen window. My two adult daughters and I very comfortably stayed at Fredrik’s. We highly recommend.

Mycket bra lite lägenhet som har det som behövs för en kort semester i Åre. Fräscht och allmänt gott skick på boendet. Var beredd på backträning upp till Tott från Åre torg
