appartement sous plafond rampant pas tres adapté aux personnes de grande taille, mais calme, dans un quartier agréable, à dix minutes environ (à pied) du métro et des premiers commerces.Pas d'accueil physique sur place (boite à clé), tout se passe par mail.

5/5⭐️Very satisfied with our stay at the apartment. It’s very clean and gets a lot of natural light.We chose it strategically to be close to the Avicii arena, and it felt extremely rewarding after a concert we attended. There are metro stations nearby, so it’s easy to get to the city centre. We stayed only for two nights and everything was perfect for us!Thank you!

Brilliant apartment and an equally brilliant host. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a great base for our stay. Elias was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout, always quick to respond and happy to assist with anything we needed. We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend staying here.

This apartment was the perfect home base for a first time solo traveler in Stockholm. It was great to be in mix of Gamla Stan while being 2 minutes walk from the metro, having quick access to every other neighborhood, and a grocery right at metro exit. The space itself was small but cozy and comfortable. It was great to be able to cook, as I stayed for 1 week and didn’t want to eat every meal out. The location is everything for this place.The space was as-advertised, perfect for one person, & would have definitely been snug with two. The only thing that surprised me was that it was on the ground floor, and from the ad I had the impression it was on a higher floor with a view. The window leads to the courtyard though, so it felt completely safe. While some might be deterred by the mention of restaurant noise, I didn’t really find that to be an issue - it feels pretty quiet, tucked into the building and far enough off the street. Overall - perfect home base in an incredible location!

Beautiful apartment, we where 9 persons and it worked totally fine! Close to the slopes and 10 min walk to the centre of the Pre village. Recommended!

Excelente departamento, muy agradable estancia Todo muy nuevo, limpio y tal cual como el anuncio. Muy bonita vista y cerca de paradas de autobus y ferry.

Ich hatte einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist ruhig, gleichzeitig kommt man aber auch gut in die Stadt. Besonders praktisch fand ich die kleine Kochnische sowie den Kühlschrank – ideal, um sich zwischendurch selbst zu versorgen. Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und hat schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Der Check-In war sehr unkompliziert durch die App, man muss lediglich darauf achten, dass das Handy jeweils genug Akku hat (Schlüssel durch eine App).Insgesamt eine Unterkunft, die ich absolut weiterempfehlen kann.

Frederik was a great host—friendly, responsive, and very helpful throughout our stay. The apartment itself was beautiful, with high-quality furnishings that made it feel comfortable and stylish. The location was also excellent, making it easy to get around. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Η διαμονή μας στο κατάλυμα ήταν πάρα πολύ καλή! Πεντακάθαρος χώρος, τακτοποιημένος, συνεχόμενη θέρμανση στη κατάλληλη θερμοκρασία. Το κρεβάτι τέλειο, κάναμε φοβερό ύπνο. Το μόνο μειονέκτημα ήταν το θέμα του μπάνιου που είναι αρκετά στενό και του ντουζ που είναι ξεχωριστά. Παρ'όλα αυτά, ήταν πεντακαθαρα. Τέλεια τοποθεσία, 10-15 λεπτά με τα πόδια από τη παλιά πόλη, κοντινή στάση μετρό στα 10 λεπτά και αρκετά εστιατόρια και σουπερ μαρκετ στη γύρω περιοχή. Συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα!

The place was extremely spacious (more than enough for 3+ people). We loved the location since it was in walkable distance from any restaurants, trains/buses, and beautiful landmarks.

Excellent value-for-money, will probably visit again if I'm back to Stockholm. Very nice apartment, with fully functional kitchen with microwave, fridge and electric induction plates, bathroom with shower, and wardrobe. Very smart sofa-bed solution for optimizing the available space. Conveniently located close to public transportation.
