The apartment is a charming apartment in a historic building. The location was perfect a short walk to the metro system, close to grocery stores and many restaurants. The only issue we had was the bathtub water piping was leaking onto the floor and concerned it may completely fail during our stay. Andrea was notified and he committed to repair. There were 4 adults staying in the apartment and found the apartment to our expectations and would stay again.

Great spot in Södermalm, very close to Mariatorget and Götgatan/Slussen. Quirky loft apartment, nicely renovated but with lots of character. One word of warning: I'm not a particularly tall person (5'10"/178cm) but found myself ducking a lot to move around the space, particularly the bathroom where the ceiling is very low. But I'd say that's part of the charm of staying in an older property! My second time staying in one of Elias' properties and the service was great as before; lots of information to understand for the app-based check-in, but very responsive host who was able to answer queries quickly and clearly. I look forward to coming back again!

Bra lägenhet i Sadeln nära till skidbacke och liftar. Skicket på lägenheten bra, dock gick jordfelsbrytaren två gånger och elcentralen var svår att hitta. Även ytterdörren krånglade något.

Andreas a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable, et a répondu très rapidement à toutes les questions relatives à notre séjour dans son appartement.

Andreas a été pendant tout notre séjour à Stockholm, à l'écoute, agréable et réactif. Grâce à lui nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans une ville où nous avons hâte d'y retourner.

A convenient spot, we had a slight issue with loud students (which sometimes cannot be helped with a central location) The bathroom is very small however, communication was good and the place was a nice place to stay

Incrível, recomendo a 100%. Apesar das ótimas qualificações, tinhas expectativas que não fosse ser tão bom. A verdade é que foi incrível, era maior do que parecia nas imagens e a qualidade e conforto superou completamente as minhas expectativas. Para além disso, estava bastante equipado para as necessidades básicas (por exemplo, pastilhas da máquina de lavar, sacos do lixo, detergente da loiça). Para 3 pessoas estava perfeito, não senti que fosse apertado ou desconfortável. A casa de banho estava excecional (é algo que reparo sempre neste alojamentos), completamente limpa e moderna. Foi uma ótima estadia e aconselho a toda a gente. Tínhamos imensos transportes à porta de casa (autocarro) ou um pouco mais abaixo o barco que leva para todos os lados. Foi incrível.

Appartamento deliziosamente pittoresco, dotato di tutto quello che serve (la descrizione delle dotazioni è fedele), con una cucina veramente attrezzatissima, un bagno piccolino ma con tutti i gancetti per gli asciugamani che servono (i grandi assenti dei nostri viaggi) . Pur non avendo praticamente finestre, deve avere un sistema di ventilazione estremamente efficiente, perché l’aria non è mai viziata. L’host, Olof, estremamente cortese, ha risposto sempre tempestivamente ai nostri messaggi.
