La ubicación es muy buena: el apartamento se encuentra en un barrio residencial tranquilo y bien conectado con el centro (solo 4 minutos a la entrada del metro). Sin embargo, aunque no presentamos queja durante la estancia, hay varios aspectos que deberían mejorar.La limpieza es bastante superficial. Al fijarse un poco más en los detalles, se aprecia polvo y cierta suciedad. No es algo alarmante, pero no puede considerarse una vivienda realmente limpia, sino simplemente adecentada. Las alfombras necesitan un buen aspirado. El baño desprende olor a aguas residuales. Es necesario mantener la puerta cerrada, ya que de lo contrario el olor acaba extendiéndose por toda la vivienda. La ducha no tiene mucha presión ni caudal. El techo está cubierto de manchas. Como positivo: buen secador y la separación de la ducha con el wc.Muchos elementos muestran desgaste y da la sensación de que se han ido posponiendo pequeñas mejoras y mantenimientos. Necesita una renovación.

The location is right in the heart of Gamla Stan. Perfect for sight seeing, walking to restaurants, and catching the train to other areas of Stockholm. We were able to walk to Norrmalm and Södermalm, very easily. Access to the ferry was perfect as well!

The location close to the metro station and could get to all the areas in Stockholm very easily. Apartment matches the description. Neighborhood is quiet with a great Thai place in the areas as well as grocery stores. Kitchen is small but noted in the pictures.

We enjoyed our stay! Having Gunters across the street was a wonderful surprise. Very easy to access public transportation and our host and his team were very responsive.

Fantastic location! This Airbnb was perfect for our group of 3 and what we were looking for, a centrally located Airbnb with just the necessities. I will say the primary bedroom is small and only has room for the bed, so luggage and everything else must be outside. The kitchen was perfect and overall I would recommend this Airbnb if you are a simple traveler and want to be in the center of sodermalm!
