The tiny 1 room apartment is well located. Comfortable bed and all basics for one or two people. The shower is inside the tiny bathroom, functional but not very practical. Getting in was a little confusing as the instructions didn’t mention there are multiple lock boxes.Otherwise good and friendly communication.

Very nice place, beautifully furnished and great neighborhood (near the water). Andreas gave us clear instructions for everything. We were a bit confused about the noise detection alarms in the apartment but had no problem with it in the end. The kitchen inventory was alright for the three of us but with 6 people, cooking could be a little difficult. But for us everything was perfect :) I can definitely recommend staying in this apartment.

Logement pratique avec un lit très confortable. Nous avions prit 2 nuits et nous n'avons pas pu avoir accès aux services de la TV.Nous avions remplis le formulaire concernant ce soucis mais nous n'avons pas eu de réponse.L'appartement est pratique malgré tous et nous avons très bien dormis☺️

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and right at home. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, and every little detail was thoughtfully catered to ensure my comfort. The location couldn’t have been better, offering easy access to local attractions while providing a quiet and peaceful retreat at the end of the day. I couldn’t recommend this place more for anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

The toilet and shower room were very clean but the drains smelled very bad. Our son got locked in the toilet for a long time, as the lock didn’t work properly. We didn’t risk locking it again. The radiator by the bed in the sitting room did not work. The location was great, but on the first night there was a strong smell of cannabis in the building.

Beautiful place and a great location! Very close to the ferry, so it’s quick to get to city center, and also has many beautiful places to hike and run nearby

Klein maar fijn appartementIn een leuke buurt, tussen de locals.leuke straat met bars, restaurants, bakker, shops om de hoek. kort bij de metro. 2 haltes tot het centrum. En betaalbaar. De keuken was klein maar voldoende voor ontbijt en een kleine maaltijd. Wij hebben er gelogeerd met 2 tienerdochters en dat was perfect voor ons.

Romslig leilighet, soverom 2 uten vindu. Velutstyrt,. Typisk rolig Sôder-boligstrøk, en stor COOP rett over gata. 76-bussen 50 meter opp i gata-10 minutter til Gamla Stan. Flere serveringssteder i gangavstand.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut :) + hervorragende Erreichbarkeit mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, obwohl es etwas ausserhalb des Zentrums ist+ sehr schöne und ruhige Gegend + alles was man braucht vorhanden, war mit 5 Personen perfekt von der Grösse her

Prima semesterställe! Mysig lägenhet med alla bekvämligheter som man behöver. Mycket välutrustat kök. Här bor vi gärna igen.

Ett väldigt fint boende i härliga Åre. Rent o fräscht. Klart bästa boende jag haft när jag besökt Åre, så jag kommer välja detta boende vid nästa vistelse

Bra boende med ski- in och ski-out som fungerade perfekt. Bara att ta hissen upp till bron så var du ute i skidsystemet. Lätt att ta sig hem efter en dag i backen. Rent och snyggt i lägenheten.

Väldigt nöjd med Pontus som hyresvärd, kommunikation, incheckning, till beskrivning av boendet. Allt stämde kanon, hade en trevlig vecka utgående från en av Åres skönaste Ski in /Ski Out-backar. Kommer hyra igen!
