Wonderful host and cozy apartment with an excellent location for site seeing around Stockholm. Extremely easy and simple check in with great host communication!!! Highly recommend for those who want to feel a true local vibe while exploring the city by foot or subway! Directly across from a grocery store which was made things extra easy! Highly recommend this listing and Fredrick’s other listings.

Parfait!!

Die Unterkunft war super schön, sogar noch etwas schöner als auf den Bildern. Man hat sich dort sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation lief super ab, wenn man Fragen hatte, hat man wenige Minuten später direkt eine Antwort bekommen. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war sehr niedrig und man konnte die Fenster nicht abdunkeln was etwas störend war, aber hierauf wurde vorher hingewiesen, deswegen wusste man, worauf man sich einstellt. Der einzig negative Punkt den man aufzählen könnte sind die zahlreichen Erinnerungen und Anweisungen, die man immer erhält und die mir im Vorhinein etwas Angst gemacht haben, falls man diese nicht genau befolgt.Im Gesamten würde ich die Unterkunft aber definitiv weiterempfehlen. Die Unterkunft hat ihren eigenen Charme und es fühlt sich an wie ein zweites Zuhause. Zudem funktionierte der Check-in auch bequem über eine Schlüsselbox. Die Lage war auch sehr gut, direkt in Södermalm, nur 15 Minuten von Gamla Stan entfernt. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Wir waren zu sechst. Alles war bereit und sehr cosy. Echte Altstadtwohnung im Herzen von Stockholm. Besser für 4 Personen.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié notre séjour chez Andreas. La situation est idéale pour accéder au Stockholmsmässan et au centre de Stockholm par le train. Commerce alimentaire et restauration à proximité.

Appartement charmant et bien entretenu dans le quartier de Södermalm. Quartier vivant et très sympa. Tout est accessible à pied facilement. Idéal pour découvrir et profiter de la ville. Communication facile. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

住宿體驗非常不錯價格也非常划算

Nous étions 3 et l’appartement a été très agréable pendant notre séjour à Stockholm. Vraiment proche de tout transport nous avons eu aucun problème à nous déplacer et rejoindre les différents endroits que nous souhaitons visiter.Si j’ai quelques choses à rajouter cela serait peut-être de mettre un rideau à la fenêtre de la cuisine mais nous ne sommes vite habitué et aussi retiré la table basse que prenait pas mal de place vu que nous utilisions le canapé comme lit.Le logement est aussi proche de toutes commodité (Lidl qui est juste en bas de l’immeuble). Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette appartement

Der Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft war super und total unkompliziert! Es war alles sehr sauber und es ist genauso wie auf den Fotos. Eine minimalistische und ästhetische Einrichtung mit allem was man benötigt. Es gibt eine gute Anbindung an das Zentrum von Stockholm. Man kann auch super zu Fuß alles erreichen, dann sieht man sowieso viel mehr von der Stadt. Was die Einrichtung betrifft, wäre eventuell ein Fernseher gegenüber von dem Bett toll und ein Ganzkörperspiegel im Flur. Das ist aber absolut kein Muss. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt :)

Olof was a responsive host and always available to answer questions. The space looked modern and Söder is a really hip part of town. It’s about a 15 minute walk to Skanstull metro which will get you to Central station in about 4 stops. If you’re looking for a peaceful and trendy neighbourhood to stay in while visiting Stockholm, then this is your place. Thanks Olof!

Klein aber fein! Metro in die Innenstadt ganz in der Nähe! Schöner Blick vom Balkon und lustiger alter Aufzug!

The apartment was easy to find. You can reach it by ferry or bus and then by walking about 5-10 minutes. The instructions were clear and they even provided a picture. The people, who live there were very nice. We had issues understanding the door's locks but one of the residents helped us to open it and explained how there were 2 locks. The apartment was almost spotless. The rubber of the bottom of the shower doors were looking a bit old but nothing to be mad about. What i felt uncompfortable about, were these white small things on the couch. I don't know what it was but it looked like dandruffs. The whole couch was full of it. Maybe they just forgot to clean it, but I don't know. Also, don't touch the muesli in the kitchen. I have no idea, who left it there but I wouldn't eat it. The fact that they said, that there was a dB-Sensor somewhere made me feel a little uneasy, since that's not a normal thing where I live.Other than that, its a great location. Very quiet and close to water.

Szép környéken kényelmes, barátságos apartman. A buszmegálló néhány lépésre van a ház bejáratától.Az apartman a szürke hangulatú lépcsőházon belül némi sétával érhető el.Az egyik hálószobának nincsen ablaka.Összességében nagyon bevált a szállás, ár-érték arányban jó választás volt.
