Great apartment, great location! Would recommend to anyone visiting Stockholm

Great place in a perfect area. Very quiet, clean and with everything you need. Close to the subway and public transport. Very responsive host. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

This place was a great place to stay while exploring Stockholm. It was pretty tricky to figure out where the apartment was located at first. There is ongoing construction during the day however, we did not spend much time at the apartment during those times.

+- Il y a une box pour le wifi, mais pas de réception sur les téléviseurs.- Manque de vaisselle. Nous étions 4, ça allait, pour plus ce serait insuffisant.-- Il est nécessaire de réorganiser la salle de bain pour éviter que chaque douche provoque une petite inondation au sol.- Le lave-linge et le sèche-linge devrait être l'un sur l'autre pour optimiser l'espace.Mis à part ces critiques auxquelles nous nous attendions grâces aux commentaires de nos prédécesseurs, voici nos appréciations...++ Appartement spacieux, lumineux et très agréable. Très belle vue, encore plus en nocturne.+ Les toilettes sont indépendantes de la salle de bain, ce qui ne va pas de soi en Suède.+ Le suivi de la location est très professionnel.+- C'est un avantage si l'on cherche un suivi impersonnel, mais pas, si l'on privilégie le contact humain avec un hôte. +- Andreas est sûrement le nom d'une conciergerie automatisée, au feeling plus proche de ChatGPT que de vous et moi.++ Globalement satisfait.

Very clean flat with a good location. There is a supermarket. The bus stop is also just next to the building. However, the check-in time was delayed because of the cleaning was not finished on time. As they were very strict for check in and check out times it would be nice to offer a free late check out. And some items are missing in the kitchen, it would be good to have some sugar and salt. The stove is a bit hard to use and a bit outdated.

We stayed for 3 weeks in the summer. The place is spacious enough for 2 persons and kitchen is well equipped.Days in Sweden are long in the summer, never really gets dark. In the morning the sun was bright, directly in our windows. The place had black-out curtains but they were not wide enough and the light got in the room and it was hard for us not to wake up too early. Maybe a trash bin in the bathroom would be useful.Olof was efficient in communication. He had a great stay!

The property matched the description and was in a great part of town. It was easy to grab a bite to eat and access transportation around the city.

Afval van de vorige huurders was nog aanwezig bij binnenkomst. Appartment is vrij gehorig en de tweede slaapkamer (met de slaapbank) heeft geen deur. Keuken is te klein om te koken. Locatie is top en communicatie was prima.

Andreas was great. Communications were timely and clear. The apartment was very clean and perfectly matched what we needed. We would stay there again if it fits our schedule.

We very much enjoyed staying at Olof's beautiful place, which was exactly as described in the listing and in the photos. It is such a peaceful place to stay, quiet and beautifully decorated, whe also being walking distance to the waterfront and the many shops and Cafe's of the Södermalm neighborhood, and also a grocery store on the other side of the street. Loved the location because it was close to Stockholm downtown and Gamla stan, but felt a lot more cozy. Check in is simple, just follow the instructions, which are very clearly given. Olof was always quick to respond to any queries I had :) thanks for a fantastic stay!

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben - alles sauber und ein einfacher Check-in bzw. Check-Out. Auch die Lage war super, denn man war schnell in der Innenstadt, aber hatte eine ruhige Gegend. Wir empfehlen sie auf jeden Fall weiter.

Andrea’s place was beautiful! The apartment was very spacious and looked even better than the photos. Andreas was a great host & provided helpful & clear instructions & was always responsive. The location is great with the metro a few minutes away and plenty of great cafes & restaurants around.

Flat is spacious, clean and in a quiet area, where you can hear the birds in the morning. Mattress was a bit soft for us. Basic but had most things we needed, there is no iron or dishwasher tablets. Check-in was smooth. ~5min walk to the bus stop or metro making commuting to centre easy.
