Ett bra ställe om man ska stanna i Stockholm en kortare eller längre period. Med bil är det 10-15 min till allt man vill se och göra i Stockholm. Lägenheten tyckte jag var prismässigt bland de bästa i förhållande till hur centralt i Stockholm det är. Vill man ha något mer fräscht eller centralt sticker priserna iväg rejält, vilket är bäst att spendera på aktiviteter. Den enda svårigheten för oss var första incheckningen då det finns två dörrar med kodlås till huset, och i instruktionerna fanns det dessutom två koder (en till byggnad och en till lägenheten). För oss behövde vi bara den första koden och husdörren var också direkt ingång till lägenheten. Men det gick bra i slutändan och var inte något större problem. Vad gäller bekvämligheter var det jättebra för vår familj. Vi fick många rena handdukar och lakan i olika storlekar och behövde inte oroa oss för något. Tack till Fredrik för att han var så fin och rutinerad värd.

The apartment was very clean and had a good vibe and beautiful furniture.Only in the bathroom from time to time a strange smell came from the tubes.The apartment is in a nice location and a good silent neighbourhood. There are a lot of bars and restaurants in the area but it is still not noisy.Unfortunately the Internet didn’t work. Olof tried to help us immediately but it still didn't work in the end. And also the building itself is a little strange since it’s a former hospital complex made into Air Bnb apartments.All in all we had a great stay! You get what you pay for:)

très bon séjour malgré un check in une heure en retard. l emplacement est extra. il y a juste un restaurant en dessous qui peut deranger si on est sensible au bruit.

Klidné místo nedaleko přístavu, loď do města jezdí každou chvíli. Pěkný výhled mají jen apartmány ve 4. a 5. patře. Přízemi je lehce pod úrovní chodníku, 2. a 3. patro má výhled do kamenné zdi nebo dírou po bývalém okně na protější domy. V pokoji není jediná polička na osobní věci, šaty musí být na věšáku v předsíni nebo ve skříňce v kuchyni. Vůbec nechápu, proč je apartmán Hotelu Ruinen nabízen jako ubytování Airbnb pod názvem "Moderní klenot ve starobylém prostředí." Je to prostě hotel, žádné ubytování v soukromí. Proto mi také není jasné, proč musí host svléknout povlečení a uklidit a vynášet odpadky. To je v hotelu součástí ceny.

Clean and peaceful space to base yourself for a trip to Stockholm! Very comfortable apartment and easy access into the city centre. We loved our stay here.

Tolle Wohnung mit Balkon, super Lage! Direkt am Wasser mit Steg zum Baden und Sonnen. Ruhige Lage und dennoch super gute Anbindung an die Innenstadt. In direkter Nachbarschaft sehr gute Pizza und eine Rooftop-Bar in 92 Meter Höhe mit sensationellem Blick über die Stadt! Grandios!

A great place to stay! A very easy choice!

Très beau séjour, ça resemble à un chsld mais c’était bien ! Malgré que a tout nos demandes nous devions payer des suppléments ! Alors je dirais que c’était moyen !!

This is a very nice, spacious apartment. Plenty of room for our 5 people. Easy to find and convenient to downtown Stockholm. Quiet area. If you have a car remember it's in the congestion tax zone. There's lots of street parking available - free from 1900-0700 then 10kr/hour during the day. Only a few relatively minor issues while we were there. I highly recommend staying here especially if you have more than 4 people.

Good flat and good communication, although it's a company managing many flats; you have to use their website to upload your passport before booking, and the flat contents are sufficient but sparse - it's not like living in somebody's flat but more like a hotel room with a kitchen.

Fin leilighet i et koselig bygårdsområde i Østermalm. Busstopp rett utenfor blokka som er veldig praktisk, men det er også mulig å gå til sentrum.Det er grei størrelse på rommene i leiligheta, bortsett fra badet som er veldig lite.Velutstyrt kjøkken. Det kunne med fordel vært et lite bord og noen stoler på balkongen.Gode instruksjoner fra vert i forkant av oppholdet.

Heerlijk appartement in het oude centrum!

We really enjoyed our stay! Very convenient location, right in front of a Coop grocery store that held everything we needed. The bus, only a few steps away from the appartment, brought us directly to main tourist attractions such as Gamla Stan (Old Town), boat tours and several museums. Our child also enjoyed the huge park just behind the appartment building. The appartment itself was perfect in size and the kitchen well equipped to prepare rapid meals.

Studio, très pratique dans un quartier très branché.

J'ai passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement, Andreas est très réactif pour répondre. Le cadre est très agréable et mon experience a uniquement été positive. J'ai enormément apprécié le balcon.

Allt bra förutom att städningen inte var utförd när vi kom. Informationen om detta kom bara 45 minuter innan vi anlände och vi hade inte hunnit se denna. Det är stora fläckar på sängbotten och täcken - kan behöva fixas.Dessutom var det en villa i närheten som hade blivit angripen av en handgranat första natten och det var polis som befann sig i trädgården bredvid när vi skulle gå på morgonen - så denna ställde frågor.Lite otur - jag förstår det.

Séjour de 5 nuits avec des enfants en bas âge.Dommage qu’il n’était pas possible d’avoir un lit bébé à disposition.Sinon tout était ok. Bien comprendre qu’il y a qu’une chambre fermée et l’autre est une alcôve donnant sur le salon.Les WC/douche ressemblent à un hôpital.Logement fonctionnel sans âme.

Spacious and clean apartment well located in Sodermalm, near the river, which makes it great for running/going for a walk. The toilet looks like a hospital toilet, but we had a good stay overall.

This is a professional listing that is managed quite professionally indeed, with clear instructions and an eye on detail to keep the client satisfied. I can’t tell how many of the apartments in the building are being managed by Olof, but there must be a few of them and from the corridor all seemed furnished in a similar way: The beds were extremely comfortable, including the sofa bed, and the kitchen was fully equipped for a short stay. WiFi worked fine and all instructions were clear. Only downsides: the elevator does weird things and there are works in the neighborhood that can get noisy at some point, but in our case we only felt that in the afternoon and it didn’t prevent us from sleeping until quite late (as I said, the beds are really good). All in all, great experience and value for money in one of the nicest spots that we’ve stayed during our regular family visits to Stockholm.
