Great location close to restaurants. Apartment was charming and a great view. Perhaps a drawback could be the climb to the apartment which was challenging with luggage. Linens were lovely and crisp hotel quality.

Affordable and well-organized facility with the easy access to the city centre. Great nature around.

Wir haben als vierköpfige Familie mit zwei fast erwachsenen Kindern drei ruhige Nächte in der schönen Wohnung verbracht. Die Lage direkt in einer ruhigen Altstadtgasse ist super! Man ist zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Anzumerken ist vielleicht, dass die Wohnung eigentlich kein Fenster hat, sondern eine Belüftet, der aber gut arbeitet und sich einfach regulieren lässt. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

We stayed at Olof's place for our first visit to Stockholm and would definitely stay again when coming back! It's extremely walkable and close to public transportation as well for those who don't enjoy walking. It was clean and had a lot of space for us to spread out. A perfect option, close to everything!

Away from hustle and bustle of city, yet not too far..easy Metro-railway ride. Lovely walks by the lakes and marina. Local swimming/bathing area. Cannot really fault the apartment. Many thanks.

Leider war kurz vor unserem Aufenthalt unsere ursprgl. gebuchte größere Wohnung indisponabel so das wir zu viert in die Ein Zimmer Wohnung gezogen sind. Das war eng, für 2 wäre es ok. Der Flur der Unterkunft sieht aus wie der Flur einen Pflegeheimes mit Stahltüren, das ist gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung in einem Gebäude, in dem mehrere kleinere Wohnungen vermietet werden. Das Gebäude und die Flure wirken etwas steril, die Wohnung ist jedoch zweckmäßig gemütlich und hat an Ausstattung alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Wir waren zu dritt und hatten ausreichend Platz. Einzig der Geruch ist etwas nervig, aber mit ausreichend Lüftung war es auszuhalten. Supermarkt und Bus sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wenn man einmal das Schließsystem durchschaut hat, ist das Öffnen und Schließen derTüren kein Problem. Wir hatten Probleme beim Herauskommen aus der Wohnung, aber Olof. hat sehr schnell auf eine Nachricht reagiert und eine hilfreiche Anweisung gegeben. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Lage und die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.auskommen

Zona residencial tranquila junto a dos parques, frente a un supermercado y muy cerca de una linea de bus (la 76) que permite múltiples conexiones, incluidas algunas líneas de Ferry.Hemos estado muy a gusto en un apartamento que nos ha permitido disfrutar plenamente de la ciudad.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Olof. L’appartement est idéalement situé à proximité du métro, de boulangeries, supermarchés, restaurants et dans un quartier très agréable.L’appartement est beau, propre, grand, idéal pour 4 personnes : le salon se transforme facilement en chambre et il reste la cuisine et l’entrée pour vivre et circuler.Il est bien équipé pour cuisiner, la literie est confortable. il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer quelques jours.Merci à Olof pour ses instructions claires pour l’arrivée et le départ.

Es war das zweite Mal, dass wir zu dritt diese Wohnung für unseren Aufenthalt in Stockholm genutzt haben, und wieder war es ein durch und durch schönes Erlebnis. Wenn man die vielen Angebote diese herrlichen Stadt nutzen möchte, dann ist dies der richtige Ort, um Rast zu machen und alles auf sich wirken zu lassen. Die Wohnung ist ruhig, eine U-Bahn-Station ist ganz in der Nähe, man gelangt schnell ins Zentrum und ist ebenso schnell wieder in der Unterkunft. Das Haus ist umgeben von einem sehr schön angelegten und vom Besitzer des Hauses, einem echten Gentleman, mit viel Liebe gepflegten Garten. Sollten wir wieder nach Stockholm fahren, würden wir auch ein drittes Mal dort wohnen wollen.

A convenient place to stay outside of Stockholm centre. It took about half an hour to the main City station by walking (about 12 minutes) and commuter train, very easy, though the trains are confusing. Easy check-in and Andreas always very responsive. No shops or places to eat in the area, just residential, but that was fine for us. Very clean apartment, the sofabed was a good bed and there was a good amount of space, quiet at night, secure. Nice to have dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid and sponges and enough toilet rolls! Only things that could have been better: very thin duvets, only seemed to be two rectangular pillows between the 3 of us, and not much crockery, only large plates and soup plates, no bowls, eggcups, saucers, small plates, mugs. And no towel rail i the bathroom, a bit bizarre, nowhere to hang bath towels. Nice to have until 11am to check out. Recommnded.

Nous recommandons fortement cet appartement, très bien situé dans cette très agréable ville de Stockholm. Il est à 10 mns de la station de métro. La vue y est magnifique. Idéal pour nous quatre... Nous y reviendront avec plaisir.

Olof’s apartment was warm, cozy, quiet and spacious! It was exactly like the photos and very clean. Location was great- lot of restaurant options in Södermalm and only a 10 min Uber ride to old town! It is close by to most of the tourist destinations yet away from the hustle bustle. The apartment had most of the amenities and has plenty of sunlight. Olof was extremely responsive and made the checkin super easy. Definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Stockholm!!

This is a spacious and comfortable apartment in a pleasant part of Stockholm. We had a few minor issues (missing light bulbs and extension cord, an incomprehensible fold-out love seat, no paper towel) and one major one (no wife info, then wifi with such a weak signal it only worked from one corner of the kitchen. We alerted Andreas and he responded, yet nothing was done about anything except giving a second wifi network, even weaker than the first one. Seems odd for a guy managing 91 listings, or maybe that’s the problem?

The flat is in an apartment building with multiple flats for commercial purposes, seems like an airbnb apartment hotel. The location is great, easy access and instructions for self check in. The flat is neat and nicely furnished, the kitchen is small and with limited equipment for cooking. The basics are there though. The only thing to be aware of is that there is no window in the bedroom, so we had to keep the door open between the bedroom and living room/kitchen for ventilation. But other than that we had a great stay!

Logement moderne et très agréable avec une très jolie vue sur le Lac de Are.

L'alloggio è come descritto. Considerando le dimensioni del bagno consiglierei di aggiungere una lavatrice. La TV non è indispensabile ma per trattenere i bambini potrebbe essere utile.
