The place was easy to find thanks to the instructions and it was only couple mins away from bus stops. The area seemed safe and it was very quiet.The host was very proactive; he helped quickly when it was needed late at night.

Le séjour était complet avec le logement proposé ( propre - bien situé ) . Je recommande vivement Olof !

Cosy, well equipped apartment in calm district, good reach with public transport. Good proactive communication by the host.

Great place, wonderful host. A little outside the city but right next to tram station and bus station. Also a couple walkable grocery stores.

Bardzo udany pobyt. Wszystkie instrukcje jasne, nie było problemu z zameldowaniem. Mimo odległości od centrum miasta, dojazd jest bardzo dobry. Apartament nowoczesny i przestronny. Polecam.

Space is ok and as described except for that there is no dedicated work space in the apartment.Building looks cheap and everything seems basic but everything works well.Hot water supply was more than enough for the two of us. We dont like too hot showers though.Wi-fi didnt work. We reported problem to host, he said it will be fixed but it wasnt fixed for 3 nights (that's how long we stayed).

The place looked the same as the pictures, everything was perfect and we didn’t have any issues. Andreas sent all the instructions as well. The apartment is outside the center but we enjoyed the ferry that takes you to the center and the ferry stop is really close to the house

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in Stockholm verbracht. Die Wohnung war sauber und gepflegt, der Wohn-/Essbereich ist relativ groß. Es gibt zwei separate Schlafzimmer. Leider ist in einem der Schlafzimmer ein sehr kleines Bett, welches nur für eine Person gedacht ist. Die Küche- bzw. Ausstattung ist funktional, der Kühl-/Gefrierschrank sehr groß. Wir haben während unseres Aufenthalts nicht gekocht, lediglich Snacks zubereitet, daher hat uns auch an nichts gefehlt. Es gibt zwei Balkone, der Kaffee am Morgen kann mit Morgensonne genossen werden.Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein, aber funktional. Die Türklinke muss dringend repariert werden und es fehlt an einem großen Spiegel und eine bessere Beleuchtung im Bad. Die Wohngegend ist sehr ruhig und die öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es gibt keinen Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe.Bis auf die Tatsache, dass die Schlafgelegenheiten für 3 Personen ausgelegt sind, war es rundum eine perfekte Unterkunft.

Good location, near the station. Beds and pillows are comfortable. bathroom is quiet small, specially the laundry washer/dryer are also in the shower tub. dishwashing liquid and a sponge were missing in the kitchen. I would recommend this place for 4 people max.

Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung in einer ruhigen Wohngegend nah am Wasser gelegen. Etwas außerhalb vom Stadtzentrum aber man erreicht dieses schnell mit dem Bus oder der Fähre.

Appartement confortable, joliment décoré. Excellent emplacement à 5/10 minutes du métro qui permet de rejoindre le centre rapidement.Inconvénients : quelques passages d'avions au dessus de l'appartement, nuisances sonores fenêtres ouvertes. Propriété à usage strictement commercial, quelques problèmes d'entretien : portes qui grincent et qui ne ferment pas (grande chambre), fenêtres anciennes. Manque de vaisselle dans la cuisine (seulement 2 petites cuillères...). Cuisine, salle de bain et WC à rénover pour être à l'image du reste de l'appartement. Dommage ...

Great location, easy to get anywhere, good restaurants and metro are nearby. The accomodation was clean. Olof reacted quickly to our issues/messages. We enjoyed our stay and we would all recommend:)

Die Unterkunft war sauber und groß. Der Ausblick ist wirklich ein Traum! Mit der Fähre ist man schnell bei allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Zudem ist es super ruhig.

Die Unterkunft ist gut mit der Bahn erreichbar (kurzer Spaziergang von der Haltestelle zum Haus). Die Wohnung ist sauber und schön eingerichtet. Ein Highlight ist der Blick aufs Wasser. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, das Bad zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber und zweckmäßig. Es war bereits mein zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem Gebäude (andere Wohnung). Gerne wieder.

We enjoyed a great stay. The property had easy access to the transport system which was great for getting into the centre quickly. The apartment was as the photos show in the advert. Beds very comfy. Only issue we had was the smelly drains in the shower room which we reported when we arrived but persisted on and off for our stay. Seems to be a known issue as other guests have reported it.
