Appartment matches the description, walking distance from the metro, quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. Communication was clear but impersonal and there was a never-ending stream of automated and long texts weeks ahead of the check in. This information overload caused finding the information we actually needed tricky. But all in all correctly advertised and no issues during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay here. Super close to various bus lines that go all over to Stockholm. About a 25 minute walk into Gamla Stan, and maybe a 15-18 minute walk to the Slussen subway line. Super clean bathroom. Will say it’s a tight squeeze to use the sink and shower. Oh and bring an eye mask in the spring/summer months. No blackout shades.

Overall, we were very pleased with the apartment. It was extremely clean, the beds and linens were comfortable, and the area was very quiet with no disturbing noise day or night. The apartment had everything we needed, and it was about a 10-minute walk to the nearest metro/bus station in a beautiful residential neighborhood. We also enjoyed walking 30–40 minutes into the café and restaurant areas we had saved.Fredrik was very responsive throughout our stay. The only downside for us was the inflexible check-in time. We found the original 16:00 check-in quite late, especially since our flight landed at 09:30. Fredrik suggested luggage storage or an earlier check-in for an additional fee, which felt less accommodating compared to some of our previous Airbnb experiences.Despite this, we would still recommend this stay to others :)

Ich hätte nicht geglaubt, dass man in einer Großstadt ruhig wohnen kann und trotzdem so zentral. Es liegt in einer verkehrsberuhigten Zone, die Lebensqualität ist dadurch sehr hoch. Es war ein sehr entspannter Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll, die Wohnung entsprach genau unseren Bedürfnissen. Für uns war es der perfekte Ort, um von dort aus die Stadt zu erkunden. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Exactly as described- a small workers flat right in Sodermalm but in a cul-de-sac so also very quiet. Essentially one largish bedroom with a tiny kitchen and bathroom but suited us as a couple extremely well. Very clean. Very secure. Has a great 1930s? elevator. We would certainly stay here again.
