Elias' place is a modern and clean flat in the middle of beautiful Södermalm. As can be seen on the pictures, the AirBnB is not particularly huge, but it offers all you need on a city trip. Check-in and communication with Elias were easy and fast. The flat's main advantage, though, is its location. For one, it is situated in walking distance of the many bars and restaurants of Södermalm and SoFo. At the same time, it is perfectly connected both to the metro and the ferry networks of Stockholm. Recommended!

L'appartement est trĂšs fonctionnel. Le lit est trĂšs confortable . Attention: C'est un lit armoire, ce qui suppose un peu d'effort pour le faire basculer.Pour se dĂ©placer en transport en commun, un arrĂȘt de bus est Ă 400m. Compter 30 Ă 40mn pour atteindre le centre ville. Un supermarchĂ© coop est Ă 800m Ă pied.

Stort plus för gratis parkering vilket underlÀttade vistelsen för oss, ljus, stor lÀgenhet med det nödvÀndigaste. Bra sÀngar och rent. Vi tyckte Àven om möjligheten att ta pendelbÄt till centrum vilket var vÀldigt mysigt. BekvÀmt med stÀdning vilket vi i tidigare boenden alltid skött sjÀlva. Det man kan vara uppmÀrksam pÄ Àr att det för nÀrvarande inte finns en fungerande Micro i lÀgenheten (hade varit smifigt med barn), det var vÀldigt varmt i lÀgenheten under de varma dagarna vi var pÄ plats, nÀrmare 30 grader, planera mÄltider pÄ plats som inte genererar mycket disk dÄ det svÄrt att diska i en liten ho, kaffekokare saknas (fanns som tur var en press) och en tv hade varit trevligt för familj pÄ resande fot med trötta barn pÄ kvÀllen. (fanns skÀrm som kanske kommer installeras?)

Clean & comfortable apt. Very spacious for a couple and two teens. Excellently located. Supermarket - 2mins. Metro - 4mins. Recommended.Note for non-EU visitors especially: Be sure have a Mobile SIM with an active data plan when arriving at the apt, as owner uses the Parakey App (rather than a physical key). It's great, but you must have the app installed and have an active data plan to open the building door and open the apt door.

Really nice old-style (but comfortable) apartment in a beautiful part of Stockholm, high ceilings, wide avenues, very clean and nice wooden floor, had a really nice stay here and would book again
