We stayed in the apartment in January 2026. The unit was exactly as described and you couldn’t ask for a better location. William is an accessible and helpful host. Very centrally located in old town and the perfect home base for exploring adjacent neighborhoods and islands. The unit is clean, we slept well there and felt safe and secure. It’s a unique property. We ended up extending our stay and would definitely stay again.

The property is a great location in Sodermalm, next to great cafes, bars and restaurants. From the property you can easily walk anywhere and in case you don’t fancy a walk, the metro station is a couple of minutes away and takes you to Gamla Stan and across town in a few minutes. The flat is great if you want to have a place to rest after a long day of walking , even spend a snowy evening watching a movie. Super convenient and easy to access.

Rent och fint boende med bra läge 😊 saknade dock påslakan och handdukar första kvällen men detta ordnades till morgonen efter. Hade kontakt med någon fjärrassistent som hjälpte Fredrik. Inte så personligt utifrån mycket automatiska meddelande och fjärrassistans men överlag ett bra boende.

Sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft in super Lage. Minimalistischer und moderner Einrichtungsstil mit allem was man benötigt. Schöne Altbauwohnung, allerdings sehr hellhörig und Vorhänge im Wohnzimmer sind lichtdurchlässig (nur relevant, wenn Schlafcouch genutzt wird).

The apartment is amazing and we enjoyed our stay a lot! The surrounding is beautiful, in the middle of the city and easy to explore by walk. I can very much recommend it!
