I highly recommend Elias’s apartment, the location in the city center is very convenient, the furniture and beds were confortable and tasteful. Thank you for letting us stay!

We spent 2 weeks at this flat.The place was very clean, and the self-check-in was seamless, thanks to clear instructions. Andreas was nice and polite.Unfortunately, we encountered an issue with the WiFi, which didn't work for a week. Since we both work remotely, this caused a lot of inconvenience and we had to spend additional money on mobile internet.The communication also wasn't the best as Andreas isn't the landlord of the flat and he only transmits messages to the landlord. Therefore communication regarding the Internet problem was very slow and mostly had no result. We don't know what the problem was and we understand that it could be hard to solve and took time. However, it seemed that no action was taken, as I had to ask about it every day, feeling like no one cared.Also, one day before arrival we were informed that there was a noise control device in the apartment. It was no problem for us but it would be nice to know about all the rules and requirements before booking.

The room was really nice! although a lot smaller than what we expected, the living room area was really comfortable and the cooking amenities were good! However, the charging amenities at the bed area were not working, and the bed was not super comfortable, but regardless, we still had a nice stay! The ambience of the place really made us feel right at home for sure.

Stannade i Göteborg i 3 nätter. Studion såg ut som på bilderna och var perfekt för 2 personer. Mycket luftig och modern. Tyvärr läckte avloppet bakom handfatet så det rann ut vatten över golvet. Lyckligtvis ordnade det sig efter några timmar så vi fick flytta över till en annan studio som såg likadan ut. Dessvärre var handfatsavloppet i den studion inte helt genomrensat så vattnet hade svårt att rinna igenom. Väldigt rent i båda studios, jätteskön säng och fräscha textilier. Det var väldigt sparsamt med uppsättningarna porslin/glas. Endast 2st av varje sort = behövde diska ofta. Lite tråkigt också att nästan aldrig kunna fylla upp diskmaskinen. Som någon annan skrev så var det stor skillnad i värme på under- och övervåningen,men detta var inget problem för oss. Hörde ingen av grannarna och i övrigt ett lugnt och tryggt område. Väldigt nära till buss och parkering, tyvärr dyr parkering. Kontakten med elias var ok, men kändes "auto-genererad" och ibland konstig översättning till svenska.
