The location was great. Having a kitchen with appliances also. Cool, old, small lift was fun to ride. On the flip side, very tiny bathroom (if you're tall or wide you would struggle to fit into it), super flat pillows, thin walls (our neighbours were rather loud a few nights in a raw but that's true for most places), lovely old floors yet squeaky. In general - better than staying in a hotel for anyway.

We loved our stay at Fredrik's place. It's a stylish, beautifully light and comfortable space and with Gamla Stan on the doorstep, is a great location for exploring. We'd definitely stay again.Thank you too to Fredrik who's an absolute pleasure to deal with.

magnifique appartement, très spacieux et beaux matériaux. Quartier très agréable (nombreux restaurants, cafés, super marchés, food court, boutiques) juste à côté. Métro très proche sur la ligne 14 ou le tram 7, qui permettent de rejoindre facilement tous les lieux à découvrir. Andreas est très réactif et entrée et sortie dans les lieux très bien organisés par message la veille. Nous recommandons cet appartement.

On était un peu sceptiques en lisant quelques avis négatifs avant de réserver mais finalement tout s’est très bien passé !

Nice apartment with appropriate furnishing. We went there with a family of 5 (with small kids) and had enough room. The ratio between price and quality is OK, we liked the location (nearby playing ground, small harbour with restaurants, bus stop in front of the house, supermarket on the other side of the street). The bathroom is spartanic to say the least - but everything is super-clean. The host was so kind to provide us with a brush/shovel to keep things clean for a stay of 7 days. However, it was quite irritating to receive many automated mails by the host's "hosting program" and be hassled several times to provide social media links and information to all family members.

The apartment was very good, would definitely use again.Positive: It was clean, warm and comfortable, access was straightforward and a good location.Negative: Very minor point but a microwave would have been handy.
