Thanks for a great stay, Pontus! 🏔️ My name is Ofir, and I stayed at Pontus’s place in Åre for four days – and what a four days it was! From the moment we arrived, everything just felt right. The location is fantastic, perfectly situated for everything Åre has to offer. Pontus was a welcoming and attentive host – easy to communicate with and genuinely cared that we had a good experience. The place itself was clean, cozy, and had that real mountain-retreat feeling that you’re looking for when you head up north. If I had one small suggestion, Pontus – it would be to add some dedicated storage for ski equipment. After a long day on the slopes, having a proper spot to park the skis and boots would be the cherry on top! But honestly, that’s a minor thing in what was otherwise a wonderful stay. We felt right at home and truly enjoyed every moment. Tack så mycket, Pontus we’ll definitely be back! 🎿 Ofir

Fint sted å bo på i Åre!

Cosy and comfortable stay in a great location Location and ease of access from town and Nacka Strand. Compact and clean. Great view from Flat 5N! Thermostat worked, flat was cosy and warm, and the shower was efficient. Good amenities with a kettle and a microwave plus an iron and an ironing board (tucked away next to the bed!) Teabags provided were a nice touch.

Der Zugang war sehr komfortabel. Eine sehr gute Lage mit direkten Anschluss an Bus-und Fährenverbindungen. Supermarkt in der Nähe, falls man selbst kochen möchte. Schöne Aussicht aufs Wasser.

Nice new apartment, as advertised. 5 minute walk to the slopes, and paid parking with electric car charging close by.

Absolutely recommended, place was as described, everything went smooth.

The apartment itself, the host and the price was 5-star - easy access that worked perfectly. The Tott apartment complex however was quite dirty and not well managed (not something our host could control). Vomit was in the corridor overnight and the fire alarm went off twice in 3 days. So if you're looking for a great and clean apartment with easy access to slopes and you are only there for the skiing - this is a great apartment and host I can totally recommend! If you want to eat or party the village is only 10 minutes walk down a small walking path - not for walking in ski boots thought :)

The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped (beds, kitchen, bathroom). The actual condition corresponds to the photos and description on the website. It is located on the second floor, so despite the lack of an elevator, bringing luggage is not a problem. the staircase is wide. The self-check-in and digital key system is very convenient. The apartment is located in the heart of the old town, and many tourist attractions are within walking distance. There is a metro station and a ferry nearby, which will take you to a nearby island where you will find museums described in guidebooks (Vasa, Nordic). The host is responsive. He responds quickly to messages. I recommend it.
