was an awesome apartment!! We loved it there, it is near downtown and almost everything in the city centre is walkable.

The apartment itself was fine and clean, but when we arrived the toilet was completely broken. It was clear that someone had already tried to fix it earlier, so the host was likely aware of the issue, yet we were not informed in advance. We had to contact the host and wait for a technician, and even after the repair the toilet still did not work properly. A functioning toilet is a basic necessity, so this significantly affected our stay. Other than this the location is perfect for pretty much everything you would want to do in Åre. The ladder for the upper beds was kinda sketchy.

Overall, it was a good stay with solid facilities. The experience could be improved with the addition of a TV. The main bedroom lights were not working, so the room was quite dim and only lit by a lamp. The heating in the flat was also minimal. That said, the bedding was comfortable and the furniture was appropriate for the space.

Excellent stay, comfortable, ample parking, next to ski lifts and close to centre Only one suggestion for Kim - the provision of a second key for the apartment would be beneficial for people with different agendas. I hope to book again soon! ⛷️⛷️⛷️

Wij hebben een erg fijn verblijf gehad in dit appartement! Södermalm is een super hippe buurt met leuke winkels, restaurants en koffietenten. Alles is beloopbaar en de metro is ook om de hoek. Het appartement was ruim, schoon en alles wat je nodig had was aanwezig. Soms was er een vervelende rioollucht die uit de badkamer kwam, dat was het enige minpuntje.
