The appartment ist cheap by Stockholm Standards. It is quitly located in a nice neighborhood with everything you need around the corner. The kitchen which is not only puristic nur also spartanicly equipped has potential for optimization. The communication with Olof was quick, professional und comprehensive. WiFi would be nice and the operation of the heating for not hardened Central Europeans in autumn temperatures would bei great to ;-)Nevertheless we enjoyed it.

Visité Estocolmo con mi pareja la primera semana de octubre. El estudio está muy bien para dos personas. Es muy luminoso y cómodo. Además la zona es muy tranquila y las vistas son estupendas. Está muy bien comunicado, el metro está muy cerca y hay varias líneas de autobuses que te llevan al centro. También puedes ir andando, dando un agradable paseo por la orilla del mar y cruzando un puente. Muy recomendable.

super stay and location

Great location, the bedroom is big and the bed nice. The place was clean. Small kitchen with all necessary. The shower is not separated but incorporated in the bathroom with the toilet so a little bit small but still convenient.

Appartement super bien placé, bien aménagé, il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans la kitchenette...20à 25 minutes à pieds en se balladant pour aller à Gamla Stan, le métro à 5minutes de l'appartement...Merci Elias

Très bel appartement, idéalement situé, les instructions d'Elias sont claires et précises. L'appartement est propre, fonctionnel, nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Elias, merci beaucoup !

very small apartment, if you're not ok with toilet and shower being in the same place then this isn't for youhowever location is great, bed comfortable, so would recommend for a couple who'd like to be in Stockholm for a few days.the picture of the kitchen isn't quite accurate, and there's no instructions for the hotplate/oven/microwavehost is responsive

Trevlig lägenhet ca 15 min från stationen. Jag var i och för sig där utanför högsäsong, men det var lugnt, tyst och sängen var skön - perfekt för att jobba en vecka fjällifrån!

All good! We enjoyed our stay in Olof‘s apartment. The apartment is very well located. We loved the area. The apartment was exactly how it was described - we would stay there again.

Great location and good value for money. The only reason I give it 4 stars is the wifi, it was impossible to work and had to use my data the whole time.

Stayed at the apartment with my girlfriend for 7 days, location is perfect for city exploring. Grocery shops close by, metro station is near, nice a comfy cafes just next door all in all easy to access.Checking in was made easy and the check in time was even flexible when we arrived bit early. Checking out was as easy too.The apartment is located in a apartment complex which have similar airbnb apartments. House it self is a typical old nordic house looks and feels unique and nice, but with that comes some down sides like the sounds in the complex echoes pretty loudly, but when there is quiet neighbors that doesn't bother. Bathroom is really small, but showering and other usage is possible. Kitchen is small too, but for short stay just fine, longer than 4 days and you start to miss basic needs in the kitchen.Bed was good and we were even able to use the TV to watch movies from my laptop with HDMI cable.Would recommend the apartment for people staying 1-4 days, even possible with longer time but be prepare to eat out lot more.

Apartamento luminoso, amplio y muy bien ubicado en el casco histórico de la ciudad. Check in fácil y automatizado. Lo único a mejorar sería la cama, es bastante pequeña para dos personas y el colchón - somier es demasiado blando. Limpieza muy buena.

Perfect localisation, nice flat, good communication Elias. It was great, I was just a little bit surprised when Elias asked me my social media account to check me. But ok.
