Really nice, clean apartment in a fantastic location. The only drawback (which actually impacts the comfort level significantly) is the bathroom situation. You can literally be using the toilet, brushing your teeth and taking a shower all at the same time. It's fine for a few days but it gets super annoying very quickly. Overall it was a positive experience. Communication with the host was also ok. The internet was spotty at times.

Overall a good experience. The internet was pretty much non existent - very slow and spotty, completely disappearing most of the time. The location is pretty good, a somewhat fancy area of the city, very calm and residential. The apartment is big, however the kitchen is tiny - might be problematic if staying for longer. It was also pretty cold (but turning up the heat helped) and there's no heater in the bedroom.

Great part of town to stay in, close to loads of great restaurants and easy connections for travel. Quite a lively and occasionally noisy road at night, but that may be the compromise for the location.

As described and great location. Note it’s on the 4th floor (no elevator) and bathroom was a little small, but fine for 1-2 people. Thanks Elias!

The apartment is really nice, its location in the city is almost ideal. Nicely decorated inside, however the dinning table and the wifi are a slight problem. The price/quality ratio is really goodThe host is really great, he responds quickly and responds to your eventual questions on the city.I totally recommend this place.

Fin lägenhet med bra läge, väldigt nära till backe och lift. Även bra avstånd till Åre torg där butiker och skiduthyrning finns.

honestly a really great apartment for any skiers that want to enjoy the stay in Åre to maximum. the slope and ski lift is outside the door and the village is a 5min walk down the hill where all the restaurants and bars is located. the apartment it self is excellent and have everything you need for your stay plus more. I would recommend this to everyone and I will most definitely visit one of Johannes apartments

Kimmo’s apartment was a great option for our three week workation. The apartment was super nice and had everything you needed. You also have access to the slopes and a small grocery store within walking distance, as well as the possibility to take the bus to Åre. Would highly recommend!

Mycket bra läge! Rent och snyggt! Enkelt med incheckning och utcheckning. Snabb och bra återkoppling från värden på frågor. Lite trångt kring trinetteköket för egen matlagning.

Very well located, and nice place spend a couple of days. Very small but well equipped kitchen and toilet. Elias was very nice and communicative. Overall, very recommended.

The apartment has a fantastic view of Åre, and the interior is nice and modern. We had a great trip and really recommend staying here.

This apartment is perfect for a trip to visit Stockholm. The view to the water is amazing and it’s like 5 mins away from metro station. I think its location is perfect for visits, we also walked to gamla stan about 40 minutes and it was perfect for a walk! Also the apartment had everything you need for standard living, like coffee, toaster, hairdryer… all together we liked staying in this apartment and would come back a second time.
