This is an adorable little apartment in a very central location of southern Stockholm. The "central" part does come with very loud noise from drunks on the street, often until 1 or 2 am, on most days (even in the cold). However, that is not something that can be blamed on the owner. We had a very positive experience with every aspect of our rental and would happily stay here again.

The location is very convenient with parking lots close-by. Johannes was very helpful and everything was well-communicated in advance. Highly recommended for a great time in lovely Åre.

Conveniently located apartment within short walking distance of Slussen station. The accommodations are just enough to feelcomfortable while enjoying most of your day in the city. Would come again!

This little apartment is neat, cosy and the location absolutely fantastic! In the heart of Söder you have all you want just around you :) I recommend. The toilet/bathroom is tiny tiny, but you can enjoy that with a right attitude :D

Apartment in very good location, just few minutes from metro station, shops and good restaurants. City center is located after a 15 ~ 20 min walk. Elias is a good host, with fast replies and he was very helpful during our stay. Apartment is well equipped and clean, so you will have everything you may possibly want for a short stay in Stockholm.

My husband and I loved our stay at this charming flat! The location was perfect for us and the studio itself was very cozy. The kitchen is small, but great for coffee/tea and simple meals. Also, communication was great and self check-in was easy. Plus, you can’t beat the price!

Great place, easy check in, clean apartment but toilet very small

Boendet är perfekt för 2-3 personer, ligger mycket lätt tillgängligt både för att komma till byn och skidsystemet. Kimmo är en fantastisk värd, han ger snabb service och återkoppling. Lägenhet har en fantastisk utsikt, magiska mornar med ljus från skidbackarna. Det var mycket uppskattat att lakan, handdukar och slutstädning ingick. Bostaden rekommenderas med det varmaste vi återkommer mer än gärna!

Logement idéalement situé dans un très bon quartier à deux pas du métro. Dispose du nécessaire pour passer un bon court séjour. Télé avec compte netflix en +. Je recommande sans hésiter le logement d’Elias.

This is a great 1 bedroom apartment located in the Old Town (Gamla Stan) of Stockholm offering walking distance to many bars, restaurants and attractions. It is an old building so there is no lift and the apartment is on a pedestrian only street so you have to roll your luggage on the cobblestone side streets to Skeppsbron if you arrive/depart with a taxi. The living room, with open plan kitchen, is spacious while the bedroom is on the smaller side. The apartment size works well for 2-3 people. On our last day, something happened with the electricity supply so we lost lighting in the bathroom and power was lost to kitchen appliances including fridge, freezer, dishwasher and kitchen hood. Part of the charm of staying in a very old building.The kitchen is surprisingly well equipped for those interested in cooking during their stays. The only thing missing with a chopping board.

Nice and comfortable flat. Closed the metro station.
