Great location, beautiful view, clean and a lovely space for a small family. It was a little bit on the smaller side for us (2 children) and there was no door to the kids bedroom. If you have children who sleep well, no problems! Our kids loved the train (Bergbanan) which was very close to the flat and went down to Åre town.

The apartment is clean, tidy, comes with a spectacular view with sunset on clear days and easily accessible with the tram station nearby (departs from Åre by). The facilities are overall great and functioning. Spacious for 3 people. We got to enjoy a nice snow-covered lake and mountain view in the room after snowboarding everyday with self cooked dinner and beer. Very enjoyable stay!But the fire alarm in the building is very sensitive. It rang for 3 times during our week-long stay (not triggered by us) and could be disturbing especially when it happened during midnight.The service fee for the security company in the building is also ridiculous if you ask for their help to open your door when you unfortunately forgot your key card in the room like us.

We had a wonderful stay at Elias‘ apartment! It‘s a cute place with lovely interior and the perfect size for one or two people. We had everything we needed. Plus the apartment is perfectly located in Södermalm - restaurants, bars and shopping all around and you can walk almost anywhere in Central Stockholm. We will definitely be coming back!

Very Nice appartment, close to the lift and centrum!

Fin ren og pæn lejlighed. Ok plads til 2 voksne og to halvstore børn.Mangler helt klart en plads til bagagen før og efter check in/out. Det var lidt dyrt og lidt besværligt med opbevaringen på stationen (man skal huske at samle bagagen i så få tasker som muligt).

Das Apartment ist mit einer 1-Mann Küche und kombiniertem Klo,Dusche, Bad relativ klein. Es hat aber alles was man für einen Städte Aufenthalt braucht. Das Apartment und die Vermietung entspricht mehr eines Hotels als einer privaten Unterkunft. Als einziger negativ Punkt, könnte man die dünnen Wände und dadurch den Lärm im Haus anmerken. Die Lage war top, alles war sauber und wir würden auch nochmal dort hingehen.

Fin, praktisk og velutstyrt leilighet med bra beliggenhet. Hadde tilgang til alt vi trengte. Kommer veldig gjerne tilbake.

Well priced apartment in a good location in Soderman. Only a ~5minute walk from supermarkets and metro station, with a good selection of bars and restaurants nearby.Apartment was quiet at night, but the blinds didn't quite fit correctly so a bit bright in the mornings - would recommend an eye mask. Good selection of tea, coffee and cooking implements, as well as fridge/freezer for food storage.We were a group of 4 friends and had read previous reviews noting incorrect bed set up, and would recommend communicating your expectations very clearly in advance as the sofa wasn't set up for us as we expected.

Great location, fun older building. Note the kitchen and bathroom are both very small, so it's probably best for a shorter stay. Also there is NO WIFI. The listing clearly says this so it's my fault for not realizing when I booked. I work remotely so not having WIFI was inconvenient, but again completely my fault. Keep this in mind when you book. Other than that, comfy bed and great sushi restaurant around the corner!

Nice place.

Clean, very central apartment in the heart of Stockholm with two double bedrooms. It had everything we needed for a family of four. One of the double bed is a small one. Luckily, our kids (13 and 10 years) managed to sleep together but it was a bit of a squeeze. I think the living room sofa can be converted to a bed. Elias warned us about being quiet because of the neighbours but on Saturday night it was one of the neighbours who partied all night. But apart from that it was a quiet apartment over looking the inner courtyard. The other thing is that you have! to have a smart phone for opening and closing the apartment. It functions well as long as long as it is charged. We were a little concerned about not able to get back into the apartment because our phones won’t function anymore. So make sure you leave the apartment with a charged phone. Another tip: calculate extra time before check out for stripping the beds and bagging up the rubbish.

Great location in a hip neighborhood; spacious flat with many comforts. Convenient to T-bana and just three stops from the main train station.
