A acomodação estava extremamente limpa e possui diversos itens de conveniência. Achamos apenas um pouvo escura (luz meio fraca).É muito bem localizada, possui dois mercados próximos, além de ponto de ônibus e estação de metrô.Fredrik foi muito solícito e atencioso com nossas dúvidas.

Superbe séjour

This is the second time I’ve stayed at Pontus’ place in Åre and it was just as great as the first. Great host, lovely space, incredible view, wonderful ski and snowboard experience.

Many rules to read. But overall good place.

Fin stuga nära pisten. Allt var enligt beskrivningen och bra kommunikation med värden.

L’appartamento di Olof si trova in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla e comoda da raggiungere con i mezzi pubblici. La casa è esattamente come nelle descrizioni. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e a chiunque vorrà visitare Stoccolma consiglio il suo appartamento

Olofs place was clean, tidy and had everything I needed for a lovely stay in Stockholm.

Great place for 2.Cosy but close to the slopes with a ski in/out on the 4th floor (apt was on 1st floor)Walking distance from city center with everything we needed. If we’re lazy we can just take the mini train up or down.Bathroom is spacious and clean.Kitchen overall practical, could use a few more utensils.Only downside was the thin mattras.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen im schönen Södermalm. In der Nähe gibt es Supermärkte, Cafés, Bäckereien sowie hippe Mode- und Interiorgeschäfte. Mit der U-Bahn fährt man nur 2 Stationen in die Altstadt und 3 Stationen in die Innenstadt. Die Unterkunft selbst war sauber und ordentlich, die Nachbarn und die Gegend insgesamt ruhig. Uns hat es gut gefallen!

More or less the best possible location in Stockholm city. The flat was small but clean and the check-in and check-out was easy. Sounds from the staircase are pretty audible from the bedroom. All in all a very nice stay.

Good reactivity, and ideal location to visit the city.

We stayed nearly a month in December and the proximity to two Metro stations was the most important feature. Near bookstores, cafes, bakeries, grocery stores and restaurants to meet up with local friends. Location can’t be beat. The apartment itself is gorgeous, by ours and Swedish friends’ standards, and we would definitely choose this as a first option to return if available. Sparsely furnished in typical Scandinavian style, no artwork to offend differing tastes, and simply elegantly comfortable. (My husband is Swedish and we lived in Stockholm for 15 years).The only thing to notify future guests is if you order an Uber car, it is better to give an address on the cross street (Hogbergsgatan) since the street address does not appear on Uber drivers GPS — we experienced this every time.Otherwise, Andreas as a host is ideal, with quick response time and careful attention to our requests.

Great place close to the ski slopes and good and nice restaurants.Be aware the slopes close by are red which made my life a lil difficult as beginner but there are ways to reach blue slopes from there.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Elias Wohnung war sehr angenehm. Wir hatten 2 kinder dabei (2,5 ubd 6,5) und trotzdem war es trotz buggy in der Wohnung auszuhalten. Im Sommer natürlich noch besser da die ganzen dicken Winter Sachen weg fallen. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ein Traum. Zur nächsten U-Bahn waren es ca 10 Minuten (mit kinder wohlgemerkt). Es war win Lebensmittel Geschäft, Restaurants und Imbisse in der Umgebung. Toller Ausgangspunkt für lange Spaziergänge. In xa 20 Minuten war ein großer Supermarkt mit espresso house, asia Restaurant usw zu erreichen.Toll war auch das ein aufzug im. Haus war. Alles in einem würden wir jederzeit wieder nach kungsholmen / kristineberg und Elias kommen
