Sentral leilighet, enkel innsjekk og fungerte fint for 3 voksne. Veldig fornøyd med oppholdet.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral und nur wenige Gehminuten der Metrostation „Slussen“ sowie einigen Kaffees und Läden entfernt. Die Wohnung eignet sich perfekt für zwei Personen für einen Städtetrip. Es war jedoch viel zu kalt in der Wohnung (auch wenn der Host dies im Vorfeld so kommuniziert, rechtfertigt dies die zu tiefen Temperaturen nicht). Die Kommunikation klappt gut, jedoch sind die zahlreichen Anweisungen im Vorfeld und während dem Aufenthalt ein wenig lästig. Wie andere vorher schon geschrieben haben, muss man das Bett abziehen und alle Handtücher beim Check-Out vor die Tür legen, alles putzen usw. Die Wohnung aufgeräumt wieder abzugeben sollte selbstverstädnlich sein, aber dann dafür noch eine Reinigungsgebühr zu verlangen ist etwas dreist. Alles in allem sehr gut geeignet für einen Kurzaufenthalt, aber für eine perfekte Bewertung muss man ein paar Abstriche zu viel in Kauf nehmen.

Lovely stay at Olof’s flat in Södermalm. Clean, tidy, lovely flat. It was a slightly different layout to the photographs, I suspect there are multiple flats of a similar design. No issues other than building works in the morning, but not super early and not overly loud. Olof communicated very well. Overall a great stay

Za ty peníze se to jistě vyplatí. Ubytování je čisté a v pohodě, dostupnost do centra taky. Nicméně se jedná o společnost, žádný pohodový místní Olaf, ale klasická cinkačka. Až po rezervaci jsme zjistili, že musíme vyplnit dodatečný formulář na webových stránkách mimo Airbnb, kde jsme museli fotit občanský průkaz a zavázat se k několika poplatkům navíc. Poplatky shledávám jako absurdní, neboť již v rámci airbnb si společnost účtuje poplatek za úklid, následně se v dalším formuláři zavazujete k tomu, že pokud nevyslečete peřiny a nevynesete po sobě všechny odpadky, pak budete platit poplatky. Na airbnb mám ráda to, že člověk může přespat u místních a poznat místní kulturu – to tady určitě nečekejte.
