The house was very clean and beautiful, it matched the pictures and it was at a very nice neighbourhood. It was near the metro station and 30 minutes walk from the city center.All in all I would definitely recommend this apartment and I would book it again on a next visit in Stockholm.

Very nice place, my go to when travelling to stockholm!

This is a very interesting (in a positive way) and fun apartment. Great renovation of a very old building. Fun mix of old and new!There are some side effects of this to be aware of, like floors that are far away from flat, and you will need to walk down to the ocean side if you want to be a good citizen and throw all the garbage in the right containers (there simply isn’t a place to do that at the apartment building). We arrived late so taxi driver said he was not allowed to drive all the way to the apartment at night, although the got us very close!Also, this is not a good choice for people with mobility problems and unable to walk narrow stairs.There are just some examples, but as long as you have the right expectations for living in aa part of town with building mainly from 16th-17th century, you will probably enjoy the place a lot!Overall we enjoyed our stay there a lot and the location is fantastic for exploring central Stockholm.

The apartment is very cozy and located in a quiet and nice area, close to public transportation. Perfect for exploring Stockholm. Grocery stores and restaurants are within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay.

Una estada molt agradable, repetirem!

Το σπίτι του Fredrik είναι πολύ όμορφο και σε πολύ ωραία θέση.Υπήρξαν 2 σοβαρά μειονεκτήματα.Ενώ από την αρχή της κράτησης είχα δώσει τις πληροφορίες που ζητούσε έλαβα την παραμονή της άφιξης ένα αγενές μήνυμα από τον ίδιο σύμφωνα με το οποίο τον αγνοούσα.Επίσης το σπίτι δεν είναι για ανθρώπους που παραμένουν ξύπνιοι μετά τις 10.Τα πατώματα τρίζουν. Η πτήση μας έφτανε τα μεσάνυχτα και το πρώτο βράδυ μας ενόχλησε ο γείτονας που έμενε από κάτω.Περπατουσαμε στις μύτες των ποδιών και μιλούσαμε ψιθυριστά καθ'όλη την παραμονή μας.Για τους παραπάνω λόγους δεν νιώσαμε άνετα και δεν θα επιστρέφαμε στο σπίτι του Fredrik.

The streets around the flat are old and narrow and so your phone maps app might not work too well and so it might be worth pre planning/downloading your route (in case, as I did, you need a pee when you get frustrating close by). That said you will be in a street with thick walled buildings dating from the 1600s so that's shouldn't be a surprise. In my view the flat is a base rather than a destination and that suited me and my daughter perfectly. Shout out to the Cong Vietnamese restaurant round the corner. Plenty of other delicious ways to rid yourself of excess cash in exchange for delicious food in this beautiful city. Enjoy....

great place and value

Very good address to enjoy a quiet and fully-equipped flat after a day discovering Stockholm. The flat is a converted attic, which is always nice, the decoration is tasteful and not invasive, full of light. The only - and minor - downside is that there is no view, but when it is warmer you can enjoy the outdoor terrace on the other side of the corridor. The tube station is five minutes away and two stops from the centre, which is less than half an hour away by foot. The flat is cosy and perfect for two or three people or a family of four. Some good restaurants and a food shop nearby, as well as Stockholm's Film Institute! Elias is a very good host, reactive and respectful. A strongly recommended spot if you need, like us, a quiet and convenient address in proper swedish neighborhood!

We stayed at the very end of the season and had hoped to use tottliften for access to the slopes. But even when tottliften had closed at the end of the season, there was close walkable access to the slope stjärnbacken where we skied down to the vm6 lift. When heading home we could ski all the way to the building by using the access route Tottbryggan.We enjoyed our stay in the apartment and would be happy to stay here again. The one thing that would make this apartment better would be an addition of a microwave, but we cooked the whole week utilizing the saucepans and frying pans instead.

Everything was fine. Bathroom situation is a challenge but we knew that so it wasn’t a surprise. Host did send message to check in with us after first day and before checking out. No major issues.

Top apartement in Södermalm! Mooie buurt en goed bereikbaar. 10 min lopen naar de metro (Slussen)

Trevlig lägenhet och tillmötesgående värd. Enkel in/utcheckning. Nära till Bergsbanan. Lite svårt med parkering utanför, va fullt hela våran helg. Saknades en persienn på ett fönster så morgonsolen blev lite störande, felanmält så är säkert åtgärdat nu. Otrevlig lukt i hallen utanför lägenheten, men ingen lukt inne i lägenheten. Tack för helgen Pontus, vi återkommer gärna.
