Olof war sehr freundlich, seine Informationen zur Wohnung und dem Aufenthalt waren ausführlich und gut beschrieben. Die Wohnung war sauber und es war alles da was man braucht. ich würde sofort wieder kommen :)

We had a wonderful stay in this authentic flat. It was quiet though the delicious restaurants and bakeries were just around the corner. Very good accessibility by public transport. Very cosy quarter. Perfect starting point to expore the city.

Allt gick smidigt. Fönster gick ej att stänga men Elias skickade hantverkare direkt.

Great little apartment close enough to walk to island centre and surrounding area with ease, space is compact but clean and great for a short stay.

Andra gången jag bokar en av lägenheterna med Elias som värd, överlag är jag och mitt sällskap super nöjda, det enda vi har att ”klaga” på är att disken var oljig. Annars superbra ställe.

Spotless place with everything we needed. New development so really new and good quality accomodation. Great location for the city and nice swimming spot nearby. Had to give low stars for check in as we were given the wrong code for the keysafe. We arrived at 11pm and didn't get a reply from the host until the morning so we thought we would need to find another accomodation but managed to open the keysafe by luck of trying different numbers.After that everything was perfect and would recommend

Had a great time staying there. Only downside is location, the nearest transport to the city center was about 1km away

Ljus och fin lägenhet i trevligt område på Kungsholmen. Nära till tunnelbanan.Tyvärr problem med stark avloppslukt i badrummet med dusch, lyckades inte bli av med det trots ihärdigt spolande i dusch/handfat/tvättmaskin.

Fin och fräsch lägenhet med gratis parkering på perfekt pendlingsavstånd från Stockholm!

We enjoyed our stay at this place. It was easy to get to the place from the city and back with bus number 1. Also easy access to the tram service. There are few restaurants around that provide nice meals and one grocery store is available within walking distance.

Alt stod til forventningene, og bildene er representative for leiligheten. Sentralt og enkelt. Vi leier gjerne hos Elias igjen.

Cozy place in a great location within Stockholm. Bathroom can feel cramped with the shower right next to the toilet, but it was never an issue, just something to bear in mind if you’re on the taller side. Keep in mind there is no wifi, which was fine for us but may be an issue for others.

Fijn en licht appartement op mooie locatie. Leuke wijk en overal dichtbij.

Elias has several places for hire. I stayed at 1004. It is a really quiet space, even in the weekends (although I guess that somewhat depends on who your neighbours happen to be). The bed is comfortable, and I appreciated having access to a smoothly running wi-fi and TV. The kitchen, albeit small, works fine for simple cooking. The bathroom is cramped, and the shower solution… well it works, but it’s awkward. Not recommended if you’re more obese than I am. If you’re into what relaxed Söder has to offer this is a great spot, with few other tourists and no obvious tourist traps.

We had a great stay - cozy apartment with an excellent location near the centrum and lifts. Good for a large family or group of friends. Stunning view of the lake and mountains from the kitchen/living room and two of the bedrooms. Sauna heated up fast and was perfect for post-MTB days. Two clothes dryers were very convenient on the rainy days. Looking forward to our next visit!

Clean and nice apartment, easy to check-in.Elias is a great host. He provided clear check-in instructions and was quick to respond as well. Not much to do in the environment, but the location is pretty close to town and there is a bus stop 3 mins away.

The studio was really nice and cosy. It was clean and we had everything wee needed. Check in and Check out process was super easy. Elias was a super nice host and we will gladly come back.
