Расположение квартиры просто отличное ! До острова музеев мы ходили просто пешком. И такой настоящий строгий скандинавский дизайн. Видно что ремонт очень свежий и практичный. Все необходимое есть. Спальня выходит в очень тихий двор.

Appartement fidèle à la description : propre, sympa, au calme...le petit bémol c'est l'emplacement qui est -tel que présenté dans l'annonce- un peu éloigné du centre de Stockholm mais la ligne de métro fonctionne très bien...le prix est très correct... Je recommande !

We very much enjoyed the stay in this cosy apartment that has everything you need.The spaces are very nicely planned, with a bedroom that fits a double bed and a wardrobe and has a view of the lake, same as the quite sizable living room that has an exit to the furnished outdoor area where one can enjoy the view and the sun. The living room has a large extendable couch with perfect nice white new sheets to sleep in. The kitchen does not take a lot of space but doesn't feel small at all since it has everything you need(the only thing it lacks is an electric kettle). The dining table is nicely fitted into the connected kitchen-dining-living room space. The bathroom is very large and also has a washing machine. The water in the shower was somehow not fully hot. One one minor thing that may be improved is the appartment lock that is a bit tricky to get used to. All in all a very enjoyable stay!Close to shops, cafés, city beach and a short walk to the main square and lifts! Recommend!

Överlag en bra upplevelse och trevlig vistelse.Incheckningen var smidigt, hade dock efterfrågat tidig checkin vilket inte var möjligt utan hade krävt en extra natts betalning. Det fungerade för oss ändå men hade vart önskvärt särskilt i lågsäsong med mer flexibilitet.En av stekpannorna i teflon var i princip oanvändbar och vi hittade ingen hårfön, i övrigt var lägenheten utrustad enl annonsen. Stort fint badrum. Bäddsoffan var aningen sliten och obekväm att sitta i. Vi var endast 2 stycken så inget att klaga på gällande rymlighet, men kan tänkas bli aningen trångt för 6 personer, särskilt vintertid när man har betydligt mer utrustning än på en vistelse sommartid.Oklanderligt läge och gick smidigt med parkering utomhus.

Compact and clean place, one bus stop away from the centre. We enjoyed our stay. Can recommend!

Accommodation is perfect for weekly visits as all necessities are available plus access to city centre is either a short walk and ferry or catch a bus from a number of stops close by.

Elías is very active and friendly and helpful.However I need to mention that this is really strange neighbourhood and I would not want to go out for walk later in evening around alone. There was strict rules on the noise but we listened to couples arguing under our window all night long and other night some lady yelling from her apartment. Strict smoking policy but we have been viewing the piles of cigarettes butts in front of neighbours door from the window. Lets mention that this is not owners fault and I do not feel like that is his responsibility - but it is strange that it is expected from guests while others are doing all these things.The accomodation is fairly simple and pictures looked better - but for the price I think it is perfectly fine and that price also makes up for the need of taking fast showers. Somehow this whole apartment complex reminds me of cages. Every door , one apartment. It is great to come in evening, sleep, take shower and get out again by car to city.

Good location!

Elias responded super quickly to our request. The place was just what we needed and was quiet and exceptionally clean. Everything is a short bus ride away. The Jubilee Park was great for swimming.Would say the kitchen perhaps could benefit from some oven gloves and some appliance instructions - but apart from that, it was perfect and would love to visit again. Einwandfreie Wohnung und nichts zu beanstanden. Das Kopfstoßen beim Aufstehen gehört zum Erlebnis dazu.Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Olof s’est montré toujours très réactif face à nos questions. Il donne des instructions claires. L’appartement se situe à environ 30 minutes du centre de la ville de Stockholm. Le trajet est facile car. le bus nous dépose sur une ligne de métro qui se rend directement au centre ville. L’appartement est équipé, mais pas autant que l’on aurait souhaité ou même que nous avons l’habitude d’avoir (laveuse à vêtements sans savon, pas d’égouttoir pour la vaiselle, pas de passoire, pas de couteau efficace pour travailler…). De plus, la connection internet était très instable. À certains moments, il n’a pas été possible de fonctionner avec le Wifi pour faire nos recherches tellement il y avait des manques.

A great place to stay at! With nice view and within walking distance to the bus stop. However the toilet would flood a little every time we shower and took some time to dry. A good place to stay for a short weekend!

Spacious, light-filled apartment in a very central location--nearly everything you'd want to see in Stockholm within 15 minutes walking or less. Lots of good restaurants nearby. On a side street, so not noisy at night. Communicative and helpful host.

The place is great, the view is amazing. The apartments are equipped without any complaints. There were five of us, there was enough space.
