Fredrik’s location was very close to everything and anything!!! The place itself very clean and quiet at night……highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Stockholm

Our stay was pleasant, lovely and cozy. The beds and the sofa were very comfortable. Do note that the place isn't very large, the kitchen and shower are quite small and we would have been happy if there was more equipment in the kitchen (such as pans). Beyond that, we had a great stay.

I really enjoyed staying in this small but very cute and eficient place. The location has a very good view, is close to public transport and bike rentals. Instructions were clear, I did not face any difficulties during check-in and check-out.

Very cozy and exacly what we were looking for when renting an apparment in Sweden for 2 people. Note the picture seems to enlarge the place slightly and you may find it smaller in reality.

Gostei muito de ter ficado no apartamento do Elias, arredores bonitos e silenciosos, na estação de trem tem um bom Mercado, pra quem é vegano tem várias opções. Voltaria a ficar no apartamento do Elias.

Very peaceful apartment in a beautiful location. Close to great restaurants, bakeries, bars, parks and the water. It’s worth mentioning that the apartment is on the third floor and there is no elevator in this part of the building. Also, the apartment is cold. There are extra electric heaters in one of the cupboards that you can use. Unfortunately, I seen them too late.

The apartment is in excellent condition. It seems to be brand new and is up to the most modern standard of housing. It is very clean and comfortable. It is located in a calm and peaceful neighbourhood. A bus station and an embarkation point for the city ferries are within a 5-minute walking distance.

O espaço do Andreas correspondeu às nossas expectativas. Está perto do metro e com fácil acesso à estação central.

It was a pretty good stay! One of the neighbors was a little noisy, but it was a great value for the price and location!

Great place in a beautiful area

Elias’ place was very clean and neat. Had almost all the amenities we needed for our three day stay. It’s an ideal place if you are looking for a place near the Gothenburg sentrum. The apartment we stayed was located in a scenic yet urban area so you can enjoy a nice walk if you’re up to it

Bra ställe, rent, fint, Elias var ju toppen. Det är andra gången vi kommer hit och vi kommer tillbaka även i framtiden. Tack Elias.🎉🤗

Perfect location for exploring Stockholm. The flat has nearby resturants and bars, but also well within walking distance of getting into the centre. Was quiet in the evenings as well. The total flat itself was in fine condition but was edging on being a little tired with the blinds not quite fitting etc. Would certainly come back to Sofo neighborhood to explore Stockholm and this flat is perfectly placed.

Great location and nice & spacious apartment.

Abbiamo trascorso una piacevole settimana di vacanza in questo grazioso appartamento facente parte del complesso "water cabins"! L'appartamento è piccolo, con letto situato nella zona soppalco, come da foto, ma molto accogliente ed è organizzato benissimo al fine di accogliere tutto il necessario (da lavatrice/asciugatrice a forno/microonde, frigo, lavastoviglie, aspirapolvere, ecc.), inoltre lo abbiamo trovato pulitissimo!La zona è ancora in via di sviluppo e oggetto di ammodernamenti, perciò potrebbe risultare buia la notte, ma in ogni caso è tranquilla!Ci si sposta agevolmente con i mezzi, che sono molto funzionali, e si raggiunge il centro in pochi minuti dalle fermate di frihamnsporten e frihamnen raggiungibili con una breve passeggiata!Assolutamente consigliato, soprattutto per il rapporto qualità prezzo!
