Really nice place outside of the city centre, it was really clean and everything was new and functioning. It took 30/40 minutes with public transport to get to the city centre, but maybe it’s just because the there are some working on the tram line 21 in this period. But the price is really good and honest for the place you get in the capital city and the district is really nice. The only thing that bothered us a bit is that we had to come home by 8pm because the bus rides stop by that time. It was in october and I don’t know if during other months of the year it is different or if the tram 21 line works after 8pm when it is fixed.

Fin lejlighed med godt udnyttet plads og godt udvalg i køkkenting. Rent og pænt. Området ligger ret isoleret fra centrum, butikker og restauranter, men der bliver arbejdet på offentligt transport og bedre veje, så det bliver godt når det er færdigt i 2026. Der er et fint havnebad man kan benytte om sommeren. Upraktisk nøglen kun kan installeres på én telefon.

Stayed for 2 nights. Place is comfortable & easy to get to & from town. Just to note, The second bed is a couch, not super comfortable, but did the job for me. The main bed is great though. Would recommend

Great location. I would greatly recommend staying here. However, this stay could’ve been amazing if:- More recommendations were provided- Laundry detergent and general bathroom amenities were provided - Ability to clean sheets more frequently- The place was priced more cheaply as the apartment is extremely small. The shower is literally above the toilet and the kitchen is extremely hard to cook in

Dejligt område og god kommunikation med værten

Die Wohnung liegt oberhalb einer bei Touristen sehr beliebten Straße - sehr zentral, inmitten der Altstadt. Der perfekte Standort, um Stockholm zu erkunden. Das Badezimmer ist, wenn man „deutsche Standards“ gewöhnt ist, eher simpel, aber sauber. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sowohl das Bett als auch die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer sind sehr bequem. Ein bisschen mehr Platz im Schrank und ein größerer Topf zum Kochen wären schön gewesen. Leider war auch einer der Stühle in der Küche kaputt - Andreas hat aber prompt auf den Hinweis reagiert und wollte sich darum kümmern. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. This location in Ostermalm was perfect. It was easy to walk to all of the major sites and the metro station was across the street (although we never needed it). The apartment is spacious with high ceilings and a large living room and separate kitchen/dining area. The mattresses were quite comfortable and, with 4 of us, the extra half-bath was a plus. The unit is on the third floor, it is quiet and well appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Andreas’ apartment.

We had a lovely stay at Fredrik's property in the heart of Stockholm's old town. Lots of cafes and shops around. The apartment had all amenities and overall we had a really comfy stay in Sweden!

We are a group of 4 and the apartment is fresh and spacious for all of us. It's a good place to socialise since there is no TV. The only downsize was the sound insulation is not good so you can easily hear your neighbours. We are careful not to talk too loud. The code for the main entrance was incorrect/not working so it took a bit of time to get in the building for check-in. We got in through the back door. There are a few things to pay attention though. The cleaning fee was charged but we still got a long list of instructions multiple times as on what to do before check out regarding cleaning the apartment. Feel like we still did a lot of cleaning ourselves. The dish washer was not emptied and was still on dry-mode when we arrived.One suggestion is to have a water boiler. It seemed most of the correspondes with Andrea are automated. It does not feel personal. All in all we had a great stay and would like to go back.

Super nice and quiet area. Easy to get to downtown Stockholm. Elias was super responsive with any messages and we only had one problem with the wifi and it was solved within minutes of messaging him. Definitely recommend this place for any stay in Stockholm

A small but comfortable and clean apartment. Great for a short stay.
