Nous avons séjourné 1 week-end dans l'appartement proposé par Andreas. Appartement superbe, neuf, moderne, propre. Très bien situé, à 15 min du centre-ville en bus et 30 minutes à pied. Par contre, il faut prendre en compte des frais supplémentaires liés à la caution (10 euros prélevés sur la caution non remboursable, ou 35 euros à payer en une fois, non-remboursables, pour éviter d'avancer le montant de la caution).

Excellent accomodation managed by a very attentive host. The apartment was modern and fresh and well located for those who want a quieter neighborhood with quaint access to the city by ferry.

i had a really great stay at Elias studio at waterfront cabins. it’s very easy to reach göteborg center by taking the tram or taking a 20min walk. The apartment is fairly equipped but be prepared to bring you own salt, pepper and oil if you want to cook :))thanks a lot to Elias for the great support before and during my stay. he was always really welcoming!!

Stayed with the host for a weekend. The apartment was clean and had many features . Cozy stay and had a great view from the balcony. The host was friendly and very helpful.I would recommend highly.

Place was great, close to restaurant and the subway. Very safe to walk around and easy to access.

There was a mix up with the keys at check-in which can happen to the best of us (the cleaning team putting the key fobs in the wrong place), but it all got sorted so no big deal. The place and location were awesome, the host very responsive and seems like a decent bloke. Stunning views. Note of caution: I am relatively physically fit and the 5 flights with luggage etc were quite taxing. The building isn't finished at the time of writing so perhaps there will be a lift eventually which will make this point moot. I can absolutely recommend this place.

Had to Uber into the city which wasn’t bad but if you’re looking to walk everywhere it’s far from the major sites. Other than that place was great!

Great stay here what a lovely apartment, good size, really clean and great location, only downside is that unfortunately we couldn’t get the oven working. There was also the table which wasn’t connected to the legs so the whole top could fall off? And there was a tv stand a tv remote but no tv? Might be helpful if there was a welcome book to show how to use things in apartment. Other than that I highly recommend this place as the communication was great and was easy to get in. Would definitely stay again!

Det var andra gången jag bodde hos Elias. Perfekt och prisvärt boende om ni är en eller två. Nybyggt och praktiskt med både tvätt- och diskmaskin samt allt annat man kan behöva. Området är under utveckling fortfarande och det är en liten bit att gå till kommunikation, mataffär och restaurang (10 min) om man inte har bil.

Litet, men yteffektivt. Funkar perfekt för två vuxna! Elias var väldigt bra på att komlunicera i förväg och gav tydliga instruktioner. Fint boende som vi kan rekommendera!

The place is very nice and clean, but the thermodynamics of the house won't let go, in the bedroom upstairs is very warm, while livingroom downstairs is quite cold so be prepared! But nothing unbearable, the place is quite close to the city, just a stop by a lot of buses/trams, however be prepared for an overpass with stairs. Very nice value for the price, the host gives you all the information you need to access the house and a lot of extra reading for long dark evenings.
