Litet men funktionellt och rent. Lugnt och nybyggt område. Vill man ha användning av tv.:n så är det bra om man tex har med sig egen chromecast/laptop+hdmi kabel.Väldigt enkelt också att justera inomhusklimat värme/kyla efter som det är utrustat med luftvärmepump.

A nice accommodation a bit off center in a calm area. The communication was fast and easy the only con was the absence of a physical key and the digital key that did not always work so well.

Väldigt fint o trevligt boende för priset, absolut inget man kan klaga på. Snabb och informativ värd. Vi är jätte nöjda och boendet stämmer med beskrivningen.Jag kommer definitivt ha Elias boende i åtanke nästa gång vi är i Göteborg igen!

Vi hade en underbar vistelse hos Elias! Boendet var precis så som beskrivet -rent, bekvämt och fullt utrustat med allt vi behövde för en hemtrevlig vistelse.

We enjoyed our stay at Brantingsgatan 17. The apartment was as advertised and clean. Fredrik, our host, is responsive and provided useful information for us to get around. He provided clear direction on how to get to the apartment as well as instructions for check-in and out, such that everything went smoothly. This was especially helpful as it was snowing when we arrived and the sky was dark. Thank you very much.

It was a great location close to the more relaxed side of Stockholm but either 10 minutes walking or 15 minutes by public transport of the main areas !

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Östermalm. Die Wohnung war klein, aber für 4 Personen für ein paar Tage in Ordnung. Das Bad ist sehr sehr klein, aber auch machbar. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Bahnstation Gärdet war nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt - super, um in die Stadt & zu allen Highlights in Stockholm zu gelangen. Der Check-In & -Out liefen reibungslos und Olof war ein angenehmer Gastgeber. Wir haben schnelle Rückmeldungen auf Nachrichten und Fragen erhalten. Rund um ein toller Aufenthalt. Stockholm im Winter bei eisigen Temperaturen und Schnee ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We had a nice stay, the apartment is well equiped for a short stay in Stockholm. Nice surroundings with a view on a lake, the neighborhood is very quiet. Easy to go downtown with a bus or the underground.

Apartamento muy cómodo, bien situado, con todo lo necesario para una estancia de unos días. El anfitrión, Elias, muy pendiente de todo. Repetiría sin duda.

Both apartments were great, the one in the attic stood out. I'm very pleased with my stay, would book it again. If I had to give back some notes, it would be that sometimes it felt like the airconditioner was not enough to heat up the whole space. Otherwise great place and worth the price.

Die Unterkunft war gut zu Fuß erreichbar und der Standort ist auch sehr zentral. Die Metro und etwaige Busse, um in der Stadt herumzukommen sind in der Nähe. Als wir angekommen sind, war es auch äußerst kalt in der Wohnung. Wir haben dann festgestellt, dass beim Heizkörper der Regler falsch drinnen war und es deshalb angezeigt hat, dass der Heizkörper fälschlicherweise voll aufgedreht ist. Dieser war aber leider fast abgedreht und deshalb war es auch kalt. Wir haben uns dann ein bisschen gespielt und haben es hinbekommen, dass er uns gut gewärmt hat.
