Quite nice and spacious apartment with nice view. The public transport is really just a small walk, though to home all the way up. Unfortunately the bathroom really needs some renovation, after showering everything is wet. The kitchen lacks some utensils. Though, we asked Andreas also replied but we couldn't get them during our one week stay, but cooking and eating was manageable with the utensils they have there just a bit uncomfortable. The flat is indeed quite cold, though at easter time it was snowing in Stockholm. Getting in the apertment was without problem. Some neighbours do not really respect quite hours, but that is not the host fault.

My friends and I appreciated the location of the house, it's effortless to reach the city centre using the metro, if needed you can rely on both buses and trams. The house has everything needed for the stay, and communication with the host was easy and fast. I strongly suggest it for a stay in Stockholm.

Bra värd, stort o fint badrum, jättebra läge nära hissen till skidbacken, nära bergbana och även afterski. Ingen dörr eller gardin till det lilla sovrummet. Ingen diskmaskin eller ugn. Annars ren och smidigt.

Vi hade en väldigt lyckad & trevlig vistelse i Tegefjäll! Mycket fint, modernt och trevligt boende med fantastiskt utsikt! Bra planlösning, rymliga fina & fräsha rum och sköna sängar! Välutrustat och modernt kök. Bra värd som svarade snabbt vid frågor. Jättebra att det finns tillgång till tvättmasking, torktumlare och torkskåp på nedervåningen. Vi är mycket nöjda med boendet förutom att det inte fanns något wifi i huset samt bastun inte fungerade, det var synd!

Andrea's place was very nice and deserves the very high ratings it consistently gets. My family of four, parents and two children ages 13 and 10, stayed here for one week. It is very spacious and well decorated, enough room so that we weren't cramped at any time during the week. The kitchen has what you'd need for a week's stay where you might cook in a few nights or often have breakfast in. The unit is in a very nice area of Stockholm, walkable in about 20 minutes or less to many different attractions, or alternatively take the (pricey) Stockholm public transit system which is even closer. It was especially very helpful to have the 1.5 bathrooms, the full bathroom was spacious and modern, and while the half bath (toilet) was small, it's all we really needed. While it didn't affect us, anyone with mobility issues should note that the apartment is up three flights of stairs, there is no elevator. Andreas was a very communicative host, check-in was as easy as can be. Five stars.

Lovely apartment with plenty of space, (we were only 2 people, me and my mother), and very clean. Cool area with some good restaurants and bars and the metro only a 10 min walk away. Only negatives was the lift was frequently occupied with men carrying out work/moving things and my mother cannot use stairs easily so this was slightly frustrating when leaving for the day as we had to wait 10 mins at times just to use the lift. Also, the light in living area hangs very low so you will likely hit your head unless you are shorter than 155cm 😂Overall a good stay though, would recommend to those looking for an affordable stay in Stockholm.

We stayed for a few nights and it was great. The apartment is not far from the city center and also the surrounding area is very nice. The shower is a bit impractical because it is directly next to the toilet so everything is wet afterwards. Apart from that, the apartment has everything you need and Elias is very helpful and forthcoming.

As advertised. Clean, neat and functional place. Close to the city centre, you can go even by walking. Very clear instructions how to find and get inside. Good price. Enjoyed the stay!

The place was clean and well situated. The bathroom is really though, you shower on the toilets and the sink, literally.It was still worth it for few days.

Perfekt läge till backe och restauranger. Lägenheten ren och fräsch. Mycket prisvärt.

This was our first visit to Stockholm but won’t be our last. Fredrik’s place was great value and is situated in a great part of the city. Easy walking distance from the underground and lots of street parking. The apartment is within east reach of great shopping, restaurants and bars. There is an amazing CoOp under the flat with a fabulous range of foods. The flat was light, spacious and comfortable. Our boys slept in the attic area and they found it great. Great place to stay and we will definitely book again. Fredrik was really helpful and responsive- he was so helpful throughout the bank holiday weekend. Great property

Mycket fräscht och funktionellt boende. Gångbro till tottliften och 2 minuters promenad till bergbanan som tar dig smidigt både till och från centrum.

Everything is perfect. Nice accommodation

We had really nice time at Olof’s place. It’s a specious and bright apartment. Wifi speed was good and the hot water was hot and always available. There is a good grocery store right across the street and it’s open till 22:00.The only downside was the ongoing renovation in the building however quiet hours were respected.

Getting to the place was a bit tricky and takes some time by public transport, but the stay itself was really clean and cozy! We all enjoyed our stay and Andreas was quick to respond and left us clear instructions. The kitchen was well equipped. It had everything we needed. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and we'd come back here! ✨
