A stylish and cozy, well-maintained apartment with a peaceful and adequately quiet environment. Excellent public transport connections, with shops and restaurants nearby. All the necessary amenities were available.

Tott is never a bad choice!Positive: We have been to Åre many times and Tott is such a good choice for easy slope access and the view that is amazing. These apartments are decorated nicely and offers a lot of space!Negative: Only thing missing is cleaning gear such as vacuum cleaner or broom. It would be nice with a restaurant but I think they chose to not have it anymore. Bedrooms had no windows but it was not bothering us much.

A perfect stay, the house perfectly reflects the photos shown, comfortable and close to the center highly recommended !!

We had a wonderful time staying in this airbnb :) the apartment was lovely; in a peaceful location with everything we needed and more! It was super clean and only a short bus ride or walk from the centre of town. Olof is a friendly and responsive host, very quick to answer any of our queries. Thanks for a great few days!

Very clean and mostly functional. Dishwasher door had some problems, decided to hand-wash instead, otherwise cleaning tools nearby. Everything is exactly as the description and reviews. Didn't mind hearing neighbours walk through the nearby corridor, also people in the garden were far enough not to peek through windows. Good oven and kitchen utilities overall. Liked two toilets. You can hang your coats in the storage room yes, mostly used our suitcases as clothing storage, Ok for short stay. Would be nice to have a hanging hook right near the outdoor for bags or coats, but we made it work with chairs. Comfortable furniture. Thank you

The accommodation is small but very nice. It is conveniently located close to public transportation. The only drawback is the bathroom, but with the price, you quickly forget about it. I recommend it 100%.
