Nice apartmentPositive: The apartment was comfortable, spatious and well equipped!! Situated in a really nice location in Södermalm, it is close to a lot of restaurants and 10 min from the metro station. Good value and secure!The owners were quite attentive and solved my problems quickly!Negative: The building is still under construction. There was some drilling at 7:15 AM in the room next to mine... The kitchen would be more complete with a microwave and the water of the shower was not warm enough.

Fantastic accommodation with a perfect location near the ski slope and VM8. The apartment features a modern, fresh, and fully equipped kitchen for cooking. The large balcony was a big plus. Kim was a friendly and helpful host who responded quickly. Highly recommended!

The property is very close to the subway station, making it very convenient to walk. There is a supermarket right at the subway station exit. The check-in instructions were very clear, and everything was great.

Great place if you value tranquility. The bathtub wasn’t entirely in order because it was missing a stopper, but that didn’t take away from the pleasant stay. Thank you, Frédéric, and see you next time.

Excellent apartment, spacious and clean.The only drawback is that the bathroom is a bit small compared to the rest of the apartment, but it is fully functional. I recommend spending your leisure time (after 10 P.M.) in the lounge upstairs, otherwise the neighbor on the lower floor might come knocking on the door.The location of the house is in a quiet area with a bus stop right outside the main entrance, and the metro is just a 5–10 minute walk away.Overall, I would recommend this accommodation to everyone.
