A lovely apartment that is a short taxi ride from all the sights in the city. Checking in was a pain, although there were lots of instructions they were spread amongst many messages and links - check everything twice to get all the information you need (such as using the photo to find the padlock code, which isn’t referenced anywhere else). The apartment is large and airy, beds are comfy - albeit only one bed was made up when we needed two, and there was no extra linen to be able make it ourselves. The amenities are fine but a little sparse: no TV, and a coffee maker but no coffee. Given the cleaning charge is 25% of a booking fee, the check out instructions were pretty obscene. That all being said, it certainly is a nice apartment and if you’re a seasoned airbnb’er you’ll be able to make it work.

Flat was clean and comfortable, perfect location next to Djurgården island and really easy to connect by boat, boat stop is about 200m from flat. Overall a very good and quite location. Perfect if you are on a city holiday.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Einfacher Check In.Einzigste Manko ist, dass die Heizung trotz Minusgraden nicht wirklich warm macht und es in der Küche im Fenster ordentlich zieht.

Great place, communication flawless. Location is close to the street which is convenient but not so cozy. Not a big deal though.

Le logement est propre, joliment décoré et bien situé.On a passé un excellent séjour.Tout est présent dans la cuisine pour faire de bon plats.Je liste les petits problèmes sachant que ça nous a pas empêché de profiter de l’appartement :Petit bémol sur le linge de lit, seulement 3 couettes une personne alors qu’il s’agit de 2 lit 2 places.On a eu des problèmes de bruits : L’appartement n’est pas très bien isolé et on a entendu les voisins tous les soirs parfois ça nous a réveillé. Ça nous a un peu surpris sachant qu’Olof est exigeant sur le bruit à cause de la sensibilité du voisinage et qu’il y a un détecteur sonore dans l’appartement pour veiller à ce qu’il n’y ait pas de fête dans la location. Le chauffage soufflant dans le salon à côté du lit clic clac est lui aussi bruyant et non réglable.

Elias var venlig og imødekommende. Jeg syntes det var misvisende at vise et TV på værelset og så var det ikke til at bruge. Kunne også godt havde tænkt mig en klud til at tørre op med i køkkenet

La estancia en éste apartamento ha sido fantástica. Apartamento muy bien equipado y con excelente ubicación, está situado en una zona tranquila y a la vez muy animada con pubs, restaurantes y muchas tiendas y supermercados qué te hacen la vida más fácil. La comunicación con Andreas genial y precisa desde el principio hasta el final. Apartamento recomendable 100%.Y para Andreas un 10.

The apartment was really nice and exactly what was advertised. However, we were 4 adults and 5 children, so there were nowhere near enough cutlery or plates, no peeler, no big serving dishes and a small coffee maker which made 2 cups of coffee at a time. Otherwise the apartment was well equipped and everything worked. The location is really nice.

Overall good place. Spacious and good location of you’re looking for a bit of peace outside the city.Couple minor complaints but Fredrik handled those with quick responses.

We had a great stay in Olof’s apartment, which we found as described. As other’s have said gaining access to the building, the lift, and the apartment is a bit complicated, but if you follow the instructions as set out, and once you’ve done it once, it all makes sense. We had a small issue on arrival, but Olof was super responsive and it was immediately resolved. We found public transport nearby was very easy to use to explore the wider city, but we also found lovely places locally to eat and drink. The kitchen had all we needed in working order, so whatever the issue a previous guest had experienced was clearly resolved. Would definitely recommend, if location suits.

Très bon séjour dans l'appartement d'Elias. L'appartement est idéalement situé, dans un secteur calme, à 5 minutes à pieds du métro et à 2 stations du centre ville de Stockholm.Accès autonome, logement propre et fonctionnel.Attention toutefois, l'un des 2 lits double est un peu petit. Ce ne fut pas dérangeant pour nos deux enfants mais cela peu être embêtant pour 2 adultes.Nous recommandons fortement ce logement et y retournerons sans soucis.

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour à Stockholm, l’appartement était super et très pratique ! La ville est magnifique !

We enjoyed our stay at Elias’s home. It was very comfortable and clean and the bedding was nice. The neighborhood was quaint and close to a lot of restaurants and also close to the subway. I would recommend this Airbnb. Judi
