Overall a great experience staying at Olof's property. It seems to be managed by a larger company who also rent out other apartments in the building, but we only dealt with Olof, who was very quick in responding. The listing is very clear and we knew what to expect, importantly even the bad parts (e.g. outside construction) that helps. The photos were a different but very similar flat. House was very clean and contained basics (cutlery, coffee, fruit tea, dishwashing soap, shampoo, soap etc). No cooking ingredients but there is a Coop store right outside the building.We used the sofa bed as we were 2 adults + 2 kids. The missing bedding for the sofa bed was arranged by Olof swiftly. I just had to make the sofa beds up. The location is little far but easily walkable to Sofo area for great cafes/bars/restaurants/shops. Bus #76 stops outside the building and is all you need to reach everywhere but not very frequent. We had to use the metro sometimes which is a pleasant 15 min walk.

Der Aufenthalt in Olofs Wohnung war für uns sehr angenehm. Die Check-in Anweisungen waren ausführlich und gut zu verstehen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber.

Great, super clean and functional apartment at a quiet block. Park with playground is very close, there are tracks for running, a good store across the street and a bus stop going to the center and main attractions. Building is new and clean, feels secure. Only downside is a bit strict security policy that I was not use to. However, this is known before you pay in a form of contract so pay attention to that before booking.

L’appartamento è pulito e ordinato e tutto l’arredamento è nuovo.Le informazioni per il check-in sono chiare così come le istruzioni per come accedere alla struttura e alla camera.La posizione è strategica dato che si trova a due passi da una linea autobus ed è presente un supermercato dall’altra parte della stradaBuon voto anche alla struttura, anche se sembra un ospedale riconvertito (un po’ anonimo)Ottimo prezzo per una città costosa

Lovely house! We spent 4 days at this apartment and we loved it! Located in the heart of Gamla Stan! Very close to the boat that takes you to skansen! Surely we give extra stars for the super coffee machine and also the superb washing machine and the dryer! The were so helpful!We are more than pleased by the hospitality of Elias!

Very pleased with the responsiveness and helpfulness of Olof. The apartment was very comfortable and very inexpensive. Our initial plan was to book a hotel but my brother and myself acquired this property for half the price and we were very happy!My cousin came to visit and Olof was very kind to allow him to be added onto the booking free of charge. When I come back to Sweden will definitely choose there again!!

The apartment was in a good location, very close to the center and not too crowded, perfect if u want to relax more but still want to enjoy and go outside. From the pictures seemed bigger but it was great for 3 people, advice no more than that. It is self-check in so it’s very accommodating and the instructions given are very easy to follow and understand. The host is nice and we didn’t have any problem in our staying.

El apartamento se ubica en una zona muy tranquila, con parques y restaurantes. A pesar de que había bastantes Airbnbs en el edificio y turistas, era bastante tranquilo. Instrucciones claras y respuestas rápidas del anfitrión. El apartamento estaba limpio y tal como en las fotos.

It was a nice apartment, everything was quite old like from the 80th but repaint and looked fine. The balcony and the view is ideal. 10 minutes walk from metro station. I recommend to stay here

Puntos positivos: Limpio, ordenado, funcional, con calefacción, fiel a las fotos y la descripción, zona tranquila y de fácil acceso y de encontrar. Punto negativo: esta alejado del centro. Se tarda unos 45minutos en llegar a las zonas turísticas y hay que coger varios transportes hasta llegar a los destinos. Al ser 3 personas, nos salía a cuentas coger Uber que pagar los transportes públicos. Volveria a repetir ya que el apartamento era totalmente cómodo y confortable!

Excellent apartment. The space was modern, functional, and clean. The host took extremely good care of us and everything went smoothly. Lovely area to be located in if you're looking for something more quiet and with closer access to the water/ nature.
