Great location in Gamla Stan (also means it was loud at night due to close nightlife, just as a heads up). The apartment was clean and beautiful. It was lacking some common household items that we had to purchase, like paper towels, dishwasher and laundry detergent, etc. And there was an iron but no ironing board - things like that. But, overall, we were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend if you are visiting Stockholm and want to be in the historic old town for your stay.

I have booked Airbnbs for visiting colleagues from Olof previously, and will keep going since I think everything runs very smoothly. Communication and instructions are great and my colleagues are happy with the apartment.

Appartamento molto ordinato e spazioso con facile accessibilità ai mezzi sia metropolitana che autobus. Il palazzo é molto silenzioso durante la notte e l'appartamento é fornito di tutti gli utensili per la cucina necessari e il bagno é molto ampio e pulito. L' host è gentile e disponibile. Really fantastic apartment - incredibly central but still quiet, very comfortable beds, and plenty of kitchenwares provided. Apartment was spacious enough for 3 people, and we really appreciated access to a clothes washer and dryer! Everything was exactly as described, and we felt right at home.

The location is great. The apartment is great. We have enjoyed our stays in Stockholm.

The apartment was clean and quiet on the inside. Great for a good night's/day's sleep. Everything was in working order, though the cabinet hinges weren't quite set right. The building solid and simple. The grounds were storage-facility barren, unkempt and littered. The neighbors friendly enough. Check in/out easy.Quick ride into and out of central Stockholm on the T and a relatively easy walk from the station in Skärholmen Centrum where there are many grocers, though not much else.If you're up for a walk, there are some lovely bathing beaches along the shore of Lake Mälaren and the 19th century (1800s) Konditori Lyran is a delight.Bring your own bottle opener, coffee maker, whisk, spatulas (one rubber and another for frying), a spoon to stir the pot, a bread knife, spices and sugar. I recommend bringing an extra pillow as well.

I chose this location because it is very close to where my daughter is living. It is a very clean apartment and has everything you need for a minimal use unit. I would not have cooked in the kitchen (bare minimum utensils and cooking pans). It was excellent for breakfast and lunch since there is a grocery store across the small park from the entrance. Close to bus and subway stops. My biggest complaint is that the elevator simply would not work. As a 70 year old, lugging suitcases up and down an interior circular staircase (40 stairs) as well as having to climb the stairs every time I went back to the unit was not at all comfortable. Had I known the elevator did not work, I would not have rented this AirBNB. The host and the unit were both very pleasant. If you need an elevator, this is not the place for you.

Selv om stedet var enkelt innredet, hadde vi det vi trengte for en helg. Rolig nabolag. Veldig koselige restauranter i området hvor man kunne spise både frokost og middag. Olof var lett å kommunisere med.

bit construction but since its away frolcity center, most of the daytime we are outside. so no big fuss, elevator broke down and no maintenance during my stay. there was a second option but in a 3 min walk distance. but recommend a more regular maintenance

Upon our arrival, the space was clean and bright—beautiful, big windows. The space was a bit bare, lacking personal touches. Also, communication with the host was formulaic, ie being redirected to a third party link to submit requests and no flexibility for 30 min early check in (cost would be ~$38). Instructions were easy to follow for check in and check out. Bed was comfy and bedroom had black out curtains. Overall good experience, though would probably try to find a place with more personality next time.

Communications were good - any misunderstandings about check-in were entirely down to me. The apartment is in a great location with easy access to the city and into the archipelago. It's really well equipped, the shower is super and the bed very comfortable. Any issues we had were sorted out really quickly by Andreas.Would definitely stay again!

Goed locatie. We hadden wel last van luidruchtige buren. En slapen met het raam open (omdat het te warm was in het appartement) ging ook niet door het lawaai van buiten.

Andreas is extremely nice and responsive. The apartment is neat and tidy.
