Beautiful place at a very nice and convenient area, 5 mins walk away from a metro station. Check in was super flexible and easy with clear instructions and host was responsive and helpful. All listed amenities were available and everything was clean and exactly as described. The one star minus is because the bathroom had a bad smell even though it was super clean, which is probably the building’s or the area’s issue. Overall a great experience, totally recommend!

This apartment has a wonderful terrace where you wake up to snow and sunshine. The views are fantastic, the hot water is plentiful, and the washing machine works great. Highly recommended! It’s only a two-minute walk to the subway station, making it very convenient for getting around. In just three or four stops you can reach attractions like the Royal Palace. Ideal for travelers!

Perfect instructions for using, quiet place, good parking, good connection to the city. Smaller room but very wll arranged. HIgh and soft mattresses.

Nice apartment, highly recommended. I’ll book again on my next visit to Stockholm.

Our family of four (with two teenagers) managed perfectly well here. Description is very accurate. The sofa bed very comfortable. Very usable kitchen. Small but absolutely phenomenal location. Be sure to coordinate with host for exact location of this unit (do not take first set of stairs but walk around corner, past elevator (not for use) and through door into courtyard and into door across, then up those stairs to the B units). The Parakey app work without fail and is an excellent safety feature. We felt very happy here and would look to stay here again or anybody William‘s managed properties. Wonderful time on Gamla Stan!

Everything was perfect.

I really liked it.

There were stains on the bed and the apartment overall is very cold, despite working heat. But other than that, clear communication, no problems with check in and check out, everything was working. We enjoyed our stay :)

I enjoyed my stay at Andreas' place. It was clean, quiet and specious. close to a supermarket and to the metro station which leads to city center in only a few stops. Would definitely stay again

Cozy apartment, nice place😊

Overall, we had a fairly average stay. The accommodation matched the description, but the cleanliness could have been better: we found stains and hairs in the bathroom as well as spots on the pillows, sheets, and bedding, which didn’t feel very fresh. On top of that, there was a false fire alarm in the middle of the night that required evacuation, and music played past 10 PM, making it hard for the kids (and us adults) to unwind. I wouldn’t recommend this place for families with young children, though it may be fine for others.

8 minutes from Åre station and the Coop. Very clean and super fast communication. The sauna and fireplace worked perfectly and were really nice. The kitchen had the essentials for cooking dinner. There was even a sled we could borrow for our little daughter. We were very satisfied and would love to come back.

Super cozy and centrally located accommodation!

Lovely accommodation within walking distance of the town centre. Perfect ski-in, ski-out setup. The apartment boasts a fantastic location with stunning views over Åre. Highly recommended!

The accommodation was spotless and well maintained. It’s quiet and pleasant. The neighborhood isn’t very central in Stockholm. Make sure to read the instructions for the digital keys carefully—they’re not particularly intuitive (especially since you need four different codes to access the apartment).

A really lovely spot with views of both the mountains and the city.

Getting around is convenient, and the host responds promptly and is very friendly.
