Enkel og grei studio-leilighet, med det man skulle trenge. Litt trangt å sove for 4 stk og litt høylytt i gangene på nattestid.Men veldig fornøyd med oppholdet. Kunne bodd her igjen.

We enjoyed our stay, the apartment was nice and had everything we needed. Olof was attentive and the directions for entry were detailed. It was within walking distance to the lively areas of Södermalm.

In general, the apartment corresponds to the description and looks like in the photographs. Clear check-in instructions were given on time. Andreas was always in touch and very friendly. During our stay, we had a problem with a frying pan that did not work properly, Andreas' team replaced it as quickly as possible, responsive host and the team.The apartment is clean. The area is peaceful and safe, also conveniently located (bus, tram, ferry are nearby). The only thing is that the house is located next to the road, so at night with the window open it can be noisy. Also Smart TV wasn't working even though we asked beforehand and some cooking necessities like oil/salt/pepper were also missing.

We had a nice stay in the apartment which is nicely decorated and well located. The apartment is a little bit small for 5 people as there is only one small bathroom but it is nice for a few days. The only downside is that most windows cannot be open. Fredrik is very responsive and helpful if needed. We happily recommend this apartment!

La casa di Fredrik corrispondeva alle foto, molto bella, accogliente e pulita, la cucina disponeva di tutto il necessario, l'unica pecca il bagno un po' piccolino. La posizione era ottima, a soli pochi minuti a piedi dalla metro (St. Eriksplan) per raggiungere il centro città e dalla fermata dell'autobus per l'aeroporto. Intorno era possibile trovare molti servizi quali supermercati, bakery e molti bar e ristoranti.Fredrik è stato molto gentile e cordiale nel fornire le indicazione necessarie sia per il check in, per l'utilizzo della casa che per il check out!Se ci capiterà nuovamente di tornare a Stoccolma in 7 persone sceglieremo nuovamente il suo alloggio! :)

Great studio apartment, perfect for two people. Very clean space and in a great location. Building has an elevator, it is quite old but at least it works. Would stay here again.

Our experience at Andreas' Airbnb was outstanding. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, and we didn’t miss a thing. Finding the key was very easy, which made our arrival smooth and stress-free.The kitchen had an abundance of cooking utensils and appliances, making meal preparation and coffee-making convenient. The apartment's decor featured beautiful colors, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The entire place was spotless.The location was perfect for getting around, situated in a quiet and peaceful area. I would definitely stay in this home again.On a lighter note, if Andreas ever decided to rent it out long-term, I would be more than happy to move in!

Een heel fijn verblijf in een appartement in een toffe, gezellige omgeving. Andere delen van Stockholm zijn van daaruit ook makkelijk te bereiken. Vlotte en duidelijke communicatie met Olof ook. Echt een aanrader!

Outstanding location in old town near the water. Easy to walk to museums, restaurants, and tours. The room was at the top of a spiral staircase and had a steep entrance and exit, but it was a comfortable stay for 4 adults and had a great view of the square below. We loved our stay!

We had a lovely 3 night stay in Södermalm. It’s a tiny bit further out if you want to be closer to the main sights, but the neighbourhood is so lovely and peaceful. We like walking and there’s a really nice park with a bar nearby. Also easy access to public transport. Olof communicated well with us on how to check in and check out.Only thing to note is the shower points at a funny angle, but it was okay. We worked with it!Would definitely recommend and absolutely loved Stockholm!!!!

This is the place to be if you want to really enjoy Gamla Stan (old town) but have comfort of modern amenities. Place is very clean with comfortable beds and well furnished kitchen. The bathroom is really nice with tub and shower. The place is in second floor on relative quiet street but very quiet when you close the window and pull down the blinds in all rooms. Elias was very helpful and provided clear instructions. What a wonderful stay!

Very clean and spacious apartment. Lots of storage and easy access. Very close to bus, train and ferry which makes it easy to explore beautiful Stockholm.We recommend this apartment for a holiday 🙂

Elias's place is well located with food shops, restaurants and public transport links close by. The apartment was clean and has all the amenities needed for cooking etc. Elias was always quick to respond and there were no problems checking in / out.
