Beautiful place, decorated with taste. A block from a nice street with plenty of good restaurants and public transport. Also a really beautiful view of the city with large windows everywhere.

Mysigt privat boende när man vill ha en liten paus. Men väldigt nära och lätt att ta sig in till centrala delar av staden.

Really nice place and in as new condition. Definately worth the price in the summer season.There’s an entrance at the back side of the hotel from where it’s easy to get to the apartment with one’s luggage. Took a moment to find it but after that no trouble.From a bikers persepctive the location is just great, can bring the bikes in easily and there’s a storage room just inside the entrance that fits bikes. You can bike in and out with minimal pedaling to/from track ”Serpentinen”.

Un studio au sein d'un appart hôtel construit à l'intérieur de belles ruines en pierre. Nous avons cru comprendre que l'hôte était un professionnel et avons été surprises de certaines demandes au moment de la réservation (confirmation de notre identité via LinkedIn, Fb ou Insta... Même si l’application vérifie déjà notre identité ainsi que l'envoie de liens hors de la messagerie vers des formulaires divers) . À part cela, l'appartement était propre et lumineux. Il est facile de rejoindre le centre ville en bus ou en ferry. La cuisine pourrait être mieux équipée, du sel et une passoire auraient été les bienvenus. Nous avons aussi eu quelques difficultés pour éteindre la climatisation. Sinon appartement agréable et fidèle aux photos

Positive: Fint indrettet med nye Ikea møbler over det hele.Negative: Det er var rigtig meget støj fra Metro byggeriet, som var lige uden for vinduet

Jag och familj, fyra vuxna, tillbringade två nätter i Kims stuga och är mycket nöjda. Stugan ligger centralt med endast några hundra meter till Åre torg men ändå med en egen liten tomt/parkering utanför huset. Kim svarade snabbt på meddelanden och var enkel att kommunicera med. Vi skulle gärna återvända till detta boende nästa gång.

Helt super beliggenhet, veldig fint å bo på Söder! Kort vei til kollektivtrafikk, restauranter, parker og alt du trenger. Enkel kommunikasjon med utleier, og svært god verdi for pengene!

Mycket fin och ljus lägenhet med allt man behöver, kändes extremt fräsch och ny denna lägenheten. Jätte fint kök och badrum. Boendet ligger väldigt bra till, nära till backen, nära till restauranger och framförallt 5minuter ner till byn. Lugnt område med fina vyer. Denna vistelse får topp betyg genom att Pontus var tydlig, smidig och flexibel, boendet var toppskick och fräscht. Kan starkt rekommendera Pontus som hyresvärd! Och framförallt att besöka Tott i Åre!

Appartamento super spazioso e pulito in una zona vicina a locali e ristoranti Molto consigliato

Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour y séjourner comme à la maison, le bâtiment est neuf et très bien isolé. A seulement 5 minutes en voiture, il y a un lac très agréable. Le seul point noir serait la proximité avec la route, mais pour le prix on ne peut pas tout avoir !

Die Unterkunft war richtig toll. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hatte alles was man benötigt. Uns hat nichts gefehlt. Die Unterkunft ist auch sehr gut erreichbar mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Es fahren Straßenbahn, Bus und Fähre bis nach Stockholm rein. Es sind auch eine sehr gute Pizzeria und ein paar Bars in der Nähe. Alles ist zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar. Auch die Einweisungen zum Check In waren sehr klar und eindeutig. Würde aufjedenfall wieder hier buchen wenn ich nach Stockholm komme!
