Amazing location in the heart of Gamla Stan. The place matched the description and had listed amenities. Great for a solo traveler but I would not rebook if I were with someone else given how small the unit, bed and bathroom are. I would absolutely rebook if I were alone though; highly recommended for location, ease of checking in/out and great value for the price.

Das Appartement war super, sehr stylisch eingerichtet und ganz neu. Einzig das Badezimmer war sehr einfach. Die Lage ist super, da man sehr schnell in der City ist. Leider war die ganze Woche Morgens zwischen 7.00 und 9.00 anhaltender und sehr störender Lärm von der Renovierung der Wohnungen im restlichen Gebäude zu hören.

El apartamento es bonito y recomendable, se encuentra muy ordenado, bien cuidado y en buena zona, cerca de bastante sitios de comida y para pasear, además está a 5 min. del metro donde puedes llegar a todos sitios fácilmente.Olof responde rápido y sus instrucciones fueron muy claras así que actuó con nosotros fenomenalmente y quedamos muy satisfechos.

Wir (2 Personen) haben eine schöne Woche in der Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung war modern eingerichtet. Besonders die Sauberkeit ist positiv hervorzuheben.Das auf den Fotos abgebildete Schlafzimmer & Badezimmer wich von der Realität ab. Die fotografierten Zimmer waren leider andere, größere Zimmer. Besonders im Bad viel uns eine deutlich anders geschnittene und kleinere Dusche auf. Auch das Waschbecken war sehr klein (jedoch wie auf den Fotos dargestellt).Das Wohnzimmer und die Küche waren wie abgebildet sehr schön und modern.Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Sehr modernes und saubereres Airbnb, in unmittelbarer Nähe zu einem Bahnhof um ins Zentrum zu gelangen. Wir waren zu dritt dort und hätten uns eventuell mehr Besteck/Teller gewünscht. Sonst war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und schön.

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tag in der Unterkunft, die sehr gut ans Zentrum angebunden ist. Die Wohnung ist relativ gut ausgestattet :)Wir können die Unterkunft für einen Städtetrip weiterempfehlen!

The apartments are good value for money in Stockholm. Very spacious but clearly used to be some sort of institution accommodation. The living room has been updated but not the kitchen and bathroom. The location is about a 39 minute walk to the old town with great view points on the way. The bus stop is 1 minute away for when you have luggage and supermarket across the road. Easy to find, easy self check in with multiple door codes.

El apartamento es agradable y muy tranquilo. Es pequeño, pero tiene lo justo para una estancia corta. Está muy bien situado. El barrio es muy agradable.

La ubicación muy buena, sobretodo está a 10-15 min andando para llegar al centro historico (Gamla Stan) y 5 min la vista panorámica. Además tambien ir a la parada de metro a 2 minutos Mariatorget para ir a todas las partes.El señor es muy amable, ha dado las instrucciones muy claras y respectuosas. Este apartamento es ideal para una pareja o dos amigos para hacer el turismo de Estocolmo. La cocina hay nevera, fregadero, horno y cocina pero hay algo incomodo para hacer la comida por dificultad de colocar los juegos de cocina.Y el baño es superpequeño pero lo más importante es que avisó con sinceridad antes de reservar. Lo mas importante es la ubicación y disfrutar el viaje.

Très belle expérience dans le logement d'Elias. L'emplacement est TB connecté et permet d'être dans Stockholm centre en 10' de train ou 20' de métro. L'appartement est très agréable et parfaitement conforme aux photos. La proximité des commerces est facilitante.

we really enjoyed our stay in Sweden using Fredrick's home. it was small but lovely.

Très beau Airbnb bien équipé et confortable. Situation facile en autobus pour rejoindre le centre de Stockholm. Quartier avec restaurants et épicerie à proximité. Je recommande

We had a wonderful stay at Elias’s place. The apartment is located in the middle of the old town so it was ideal as a base for a few days. The apartment itself was comfortable , clean and had everything you might need.

Perfect house and perfect location!

Elias' apartment is a great base for two guests to visit Stockholm. The tunnelbana station Kristineberg is only 12 minutes from Stockholm city and it is another 7 minute-walk to his place.The apartment is a cosy place, if a bit too small for three people. The view from the windows and the small balcony is great, but there is a bridge nearby with a lot of traffic, so it can get noisy at night, when the windows are open.

El alojamiento de Fredrik esta bien para pasar unos dias en Estocolmo. El barrio es tranquilo. El piso es muy pequeño y estan todas las salas comunicadas. Para dos personas esta bien, pero para tres personas el espacio es justo ya que la mesa del comedor es muy justa con el sofa/cama. Fredrik estuvo atento para darnos las instrucciones de llegada y de salida y otras dudas, contestando rapidamente. El piso tiene un supermercado cerca y una parada de metro, con lo cual todo es facil. El sofa cama es muy viejo, con un colchon incomodo y sucio. En mi opinion seria necesario un cambio de sofa y ganaria mucho. El baño perfecto. La cocina muy antigua y con poco material. Si tu intencion es cocinar en casa a diario, faltan recursos y la cocina es incomoda. Muy importante para nosotros, NO TIENE TOSTADORA para los desayunos. En resumen hemos estado bien estos dias en Estocolmo, pero con 4 cambios basicos podria mejorar mucho! :)

The flat was really nice! It was spacey enough for 6 people, very pretty and a really nice area. You could go for a walk, take a swim in the ocean nearby and had a lovely view directly from the balcony. It's also close to a train station that takes you directly into the centre of Stockholm, so it was perfect for our city trip.In the beginning, the communication with Andreas was a little difficult, while exchanging the data for the reservation. However we managed it all and turned out all well in the end! After that Andreas was always very responsive and helped quickly with any issue.
