Great location. Apartment had everything we needed. Communicative host. The only thing we didn’t love was the garbage drop off was right next to the front door, so by the end of our stay it was a little stinky, but it didn’t ruin anything for us! Would recommend!

Nice accommodation in Södermalm that I’m happy to recommend. It was on a peaceful, quiet dead-end street but with the city’s heartbeat just around the corner.

We stayed for three nights with four people in Fredrik’s apartment. The living and sleeping area was very spacious, stylish, and cozy. The kitchen was well-equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine, and kettle. Salt, pepper, and toilet paper were provided, which isn’t always the case in every Airbnb and was much appreciated. However, the apartment’s only bathroom was very small (about 2 sqm). It worked for four people, but in my view it would be impractical for eight. Also, keep in mind that the neighbors might not be very happy with multiple Airbnb rentals in the building. When we played cards one evening without music playing, a neighbor immediately complained. So it’s best to spend your evenings outside the apartment when the weather is nice. The location is good – Stockholm Central can be reached by bus or train in just a few minutes.
