You could not ask for a better location for a first trip to Stockholm than this apartment. The neighborhood has a mix of historic buildings, excellent food, quirky shops on quirkier streets, and art that is impossible to describe. You just need to experience it. The apartment is bright, clean, safe, and has everything you need for your stay, and the host is a terrific communicator. No need to rent a car for your visit here, this is a very walkable neighborhood with plenty of public transit options.

Great location, easy access to the slopes and also to the village. We would definitely recommend this apartment for your stay in Åre!

The apartment is well-situated, close both to Mariatorget and Slussen station. It takes less than 5 minutes to get to the central station from either of these.The room itself is nice and clean, however the bathroom is a bit annoying.I’d give this airbnb a positive rating, if not the rules the host makes. Some of them are really weird, for example having to send a photo of your ID and a link to your facebook profile, even if you’re already verified on the airbnb app. It seems off and unnecessary.

The apartment was perfect: clean, modern, fully-equipped for a long term stay. The location is easily accessible and it’s also not far away from the city centre. The neighbourhood is quiet, there’re good grocery shops and beautiful places to walk around. I would highly recommend this place, thank you Olof for a good experience!

Great location, beautiful view, clean and a lovely space for a small family. It was a little bit on the smaller side for us (2 children) and there was no door to the kids bedroom. If you have children who sleep well, no problems! Our kids loved the train (Bergbanan) which was very close to the flat and went down to Åre town.

The apartment is clean, tidy, comes with a spectacular view with sunset on clear days and easily accessible with the tram station nearby (departs from Åre by). The facilities are overall great and functioning. Spacious for 3 people. We got to enjoy a nice snow-covered lake and mountain view in the room after snowboarding everyday with self cooked dinner and beer. Very enjoyable stay!But the fire alarm in the building is very sensitive. It rang for 3 times during our week-long stay (not triggered by us) and could be disturbing especially when it happened during midnight.The service fee for the security company in the building is also ridiculous if you ask for their help to open your door when you unfortunately forgot your key card in the room like us.
