This place was perfect for my stay when I first arrived in Stockholm, walking distance to multiple supermarkets, as well as a bus ride or walk to the railway station which is only three (3) stops from central Stockholm. Few oddities about the house, ie the bathroom door is very fragile and the screws came out durning my stay, as well as no microwave which during a short stay would have been fine but would definitely have been useful durning my slightly longer stay. Mattresses in the bedroom and sofa bed aren’t the greatest, very sore each morning. The Wi-Fi can be very doggy and often doesn’t work. Other than that the place was absolutely perfect, in great condition, clean, fresh, tidy and a great location.

The house is located in front of the Sundyberg station and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Just as described, it was very clean and organized, and it wasn’t cold in the house. Highly recommended 100%

The stayed in Olof’s apartment was really nice and comfortable. We only find as inconvenient the noise of the workers in the construction near the building and may be the location was not very close to the center. However, I really would recommend this place to stay and get to know the City.

The accommodation is super clean and well-maintained. It’s located in a very quiet area near the bus station, so it is well connected. The host is very friendly and responsive, with clear and precise instructions.

Great apartment with an excellent location! Many cool cafés, restaurants, and shops are nearby.Two points to note:- For guests taller than 1.85 m, some sloping design elements might make the space feel a bit less comfortable.- It can get quite cold in the winter; we experienced a temperature of 16°C in the apartment.

It was a wonderful stay in a very central location in Stockholm.Everything was clean, the beds were excellent, though the sofa had a few stains. There was no coffee maker, but instant coffee was available. The bathroom doesn't appear in any pictures but is modern and features a great shower. An accommodation to recommend, and we'll book it again next time!Rob and Lisette

Staying at Olof's place was lovely! The surrounding area was very beautiful, and there was lots of restaurants nearby to try out. Interior accommodations were simple with a twist - some small necessities would have been appreciated. Otherwise the stay was phenomenal and the bathtub is amazing!

We felt very comfortable in this accommodation! There were many restaurants nearby and the property is stylishly decorated. The accommodation was very clean, although the bathroom had a somewhat peculiar smell. We truly enjoyed our time in Stockholm, and Olof always responded quickly.

Very nice apartment in Östermalm/Stockholm with good public transport connections. Whether it was heading to the museum island, on a boat trip, or to a concert at Berwaldshallen, we always arrived at our chosen destination completely relaxed. When we got back to the apartment in the evening, we were able to quickly cook something in the small kitchen and enjoy it comfortably in the living room.We truly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location with immediate access to the ground and within walking distance to the center, a very nice apartment, stunning views, great amenities including a sauna, jacuzzi, and pizza oven, and very comfortable beds. Ann-Christin was very tidy and provided excellent information.

Everything went as it should! Extremely smooth! It was really clean and nice, and also incredibly cozy.

Good person

Wonderful accommodation in beautiful Duved; we were happy with absolutely everything except for the accessibility. We were on a ski vacation without a car and assumed it would be easy to get to and from the slopes, as well as into Duved and Åre. However, walking to and from the lodging turned out to be longer than we expected and quite demanding—a full workout in itself. But everything else was top-notch!

Fantastic apartment for 2 people, had everything we needed for 1 day! Pontus replied quickly and provided us with detailed descriptions that were useful as we are not very familiar with Åre. The apartment was great🤩

The traffic is described in the specification and it was indeed occasionally intensive, however it didn't bother me
