The listing is as advertised, fine setup and location. I’m disappointed in the service which is what my overall review reflects. It seems like it’s a management company as opposed to an individual host. There were no kitchen towels, they offered to reimburse the cost of them but I was hoping this would have been in place. Next I noted the hallway didn’t have a living, the bulb seemed to be missing. Their admin on chat noted this and said they would have their team follow up. 24 hours later I checked back in on this, they said they would check but also asked for clarification where it was - clearly didn’t do anything initially. Lastly I wanted to speak with someone about these issues, and they refused to follow up. Overall, if you’re torn between several locations pick a different listing due to the lack of personal touch and attentiveness, it’s a corporation that doesn’t have time to solve issues regardless of how big or small.

Really beautiful location, clean rooms with all amenities, easy to understand check in and check out guides and host really responsive, overall a really great stay in a great city. The only reason it is not five stars is due to the same issues other guests have had. The living room has no curtains so can feel a bit exposed if neighbours were in, there were also no streaming services downloadable on the TV making relaxing in free time slightly annoying (bring a Roku or Fire Stick if you want to relax in front of the TV). Beautiful accommodation, clean and spacious. Great location. The older bathroom was tolerable. I definitely recommend it.

We had a great time at Olof's place, everything was as described and clean. Good location with the bus stop in front of the building and many restaurants and the nice Södermalm neighborhood in walking distance. No basic condiments (salt, pepper, oil) available but otherwise you have everything you need! Thanks a lot!

Cozy, nicely decorated apartment in a great location. You can explore the city on foot, and there are many nice restaurants, breakfast options, and supermarkets nearby.

Really nice place to stay for a Nacka experience

The major positive aspect of the accommodation is its location. Right in the heart of the charming Gamla Stan district, you have easy access to restaurants, bars, and especially a Coop that stays open late – very convenient. The apartment also features a unique and charming style. The host is reasonably responsive, although the messages could be more personalized, which is unfortunate.On the other hand, the apartment could benefit from improvements in comfort. The broken shutters, less-than-pristine walls in the living room, the absence of a fresh coat of paint, and a shower that leaves much to be desired, especially after a cold day when a refreshing shower would be a delight, all contribute to a less comfortable experience. Additionally, the bedroom is slightly slanted, which may affect sleep quality, and the kitchen is missing some essentials, such as a kettle, with only two bowls available – potentially limiting for a larger group. I would recommend this Airbnb primarily for two people and for a maximum stay of two nights.

Frederik was reachable at any time and replied quite quickly which made our stay much easier. The apartment is located in a quiet area great for relaxing but if you are in the mood for something more lively it is a very well connected area anyway. Important note there is a great hot dog stand in front of the apartment which was a very pleasant surprise in the morning, very much recommended!

The place was worth the price. It was lacking things I would put in an airbnb, tv, microwave mirrors, and the laundry was off limits, tricky if you’re travelling. But it was fairly priced and clean, and in a nice location. Host was friendly

Great location.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable, equipped with everything you need: kitchen utensils, towels, hair dryer, bedding, wifi, etc. Convenient self-check-in, had no problems checking in after indicated hours. The host provided detailed and clear instructions for accessing the apartment and using its utilities.

It is a cozy apartment located a 40-minute walk from the city center. The kitchen was missing some non-essential utensils (e.g., scissors, serrated knife), but nothing critical. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Great stay and very easy access.

Very nice location and overall enjoyed the stay verry much, and very nice for the price we paid! Unfortunately, the location was hard to find and then our code for the door didn't work and Olof had to send us 3 other codes until we could enter... so getting there was not the easiest, but still would recommend again.
