Great place and great stay!!!

Wohnung ist schön und sauber. Von dort aus kommt man gut in ein paar wichtige Stadtviertel, insbesondere die Altstadt. Für den Check-In muss man sich eine App runterladen und bekommt keinen Schlüssel, das sollte beachtet werden. Auch das Badezimmer ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, da es keine separate Dusche gibt sondern es quasi nur eine kleine Toilette ist in der man mittendrin duscht. Ist aber alles für ein paar Zage machbar.

Location, modern, cleanliness, apartment amenities

First of all, communication with Elias was super easy. At the start of our stay, we received clear check-in instructions and found the apartment quickly. The apartment is small, but has everything you need: a large bed, a small kitchen, and plenty of storage space. The shower and toilet are separate, which was really convenient. Both are tiny but perfectly adequate. The location was very quiet since the building sits at the end of a dead-end street. The metro station was a 10-minute walk away, there were plenty of cafés and restaurants just around the corner, and the old town is about a 15-minute walk. Ideal for a city trip. We would definitely come back.

A very comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated apartment. Located in a fantastic, super-quiet and beautiful area. About 15–20 minutes to T-Centralen and Gamla Stan, around 13 minutes to Södermalm, and just ten minutes to the Nacka nature reserve. I highly recommend staying here. Andrea was always responsive and answered any questions promptly. I would definitely stay again.

Nice apartment in a peaceful setting! Communication went smoothly and the flat was lovely. A new pot was quickly brought in to replace the burnt one😊 You could reach the city center easily by boat, and there were shops nearby after a short brisk walk.

Perfect place for a small family vacation in Stockholm. Fredrik's place is very clean and modern. Nothing was missing which instantly made us feel right at home.
