Very clean and mostly functional. Dishwasher door had some problems, decided to hand-wash instead, otherwise cleaning tools nearby. Everything is exactly as the description and reviews. Didn't mind hearing neighbours walk through the nearby corridor, also people in the garden were far enough not to peek through windows. Good oven and kitchen utilities overall. Liked two toilets. You can hang your coats in the storage room yes, mostly used our suitcases as clothing storage, Ok for short stay. Would be nice to have a hanging hook right near the outdoor for bags or coats, but we made it work with chairs. Comfortable furniture. Thank you

The accommodation is small but very nice. It is conveniently located close to public transportation. The only drawback is the bathroom, but with the price, you quickly forget about it. I recommend it 100%.

the house was really comfortable, really great place to stay during our vacation! the bed and sofa bed were comfortable, it helped us rest better. if i have chance to go back to sweden i would go to that apartment again and i strongly recommend that as well

Great place to explore the city, with everything within walking distance. Well-equipped kitchen, beautiful room and a clean bathroom with basic toiletries. I highly recommend this place and the host, and we will definitely return to this apartment.

The 1980s was a charming era, and you’ll feel like you’re stepping back in time when you experience this accommodation. The location is very convenient, being within walking distance of Åre Torg, Vm 6, and Vm 8, although the nearby vehicle traffic and the route preferred by young people traveling between the afterski spots and nightclubs can be a bit disruptive. The lack of modern amenities such as WiFi and TV, along with maintenance issues where several features are not working, is somewhat disappointing. However, this is understandable, as the building is unlikely to remain next season due to the high value of the property, which will probably be sold or demolished to make way for new modern hotel complexes. Regrettably, you will not have the opportunity to stay in this quaint establishment.

We had a pleasant stay in Fredrik's apartment. It is located in a quiet area and, although it is not centrally located, it only takes 20 minutes by bus to get to downtown. The apartment had everything we needed to prepare meals and enjoy a cozy time.

Very central location and convenient for exploring the city, although it tends to get busy with people late into the night – which is normal. You can’t have it all. This is my third time in Stockholm and I believe Gamla Stan is a great area to stay in, with the pros outweighing the cons. Olof is an excellent host.

Flexible host regarding check-in, responded quickly and was extremely helpful, including assisting with early check-in. First-class accommodation with Åre’s best ski-in ski-out location and Åre’s absolute best view from the balcony. I highly recommend the stay!
